Abel has helped this process tremendously. I called at 4AM to bail someone out, and Abel answered my call immediately, and answered any and every question i had. I asked questions i felt were dumb, but he assured me they were important, and continued to give me answers straightforward. I'm honestly so happy I called him. I feel like sometimes people are rude and unkind and seem like they don't care, but Abel is kind and cares, and ultimately wants to do whatever it takes to help.
