Called Armando on a Friday night (10:30pm) during the Covid19 pandemic and he answered, wow! I agree on Armando being a rude person. Sounds like he's old and should retire since he can't talk to his customers correctly. I called this morning and told him my situation he then proceeded to tell me I needed someone to drop off the money first in full. Funny because I've Never had to do that before. Im guessing he got upset when I mentioned it to him because he started assuming and almost sounded as if he was giving me a lesson! Saying he wasn't judging me right after his speech. Also I didn't even have to post bail BUT I'm sure he knew that and just wanted to

Wooo first to tip!!. omg armando is soooo helpful. Such a sweet Christian family oriented guy. He really helped out myself and my family he's a good counselor also. I felt really comfortable in his.office and really took everything he was saying seriously. Afforadable and easy to get along with. Has a nice little.office right behind the Chula Vista courthouse.
