I’’m writing this review because these guys at Stephenson’s are awesome. I was outbid and purchased different items online. Later I realized the person who outbid me retracted their bid. I wasn’t able to purchase the decoy and these people understood and helped resolve this issue. Thanks and I am a follower from now on.

I like ths auction house. Sometimes you can get a good deal, other times not so much. It all depends on how much you want to spend for something & how badly you want it. It's fun. I'd love it if they went back to every week instead of every other week.

This is weekly or biweekly auction on Friday afternoons/evenings. Never know what will be sold, but there's almost always something for everybody...as the saying goes. The owner, Cindy Stephenson is fair and honest. Good experience which I would recommend.

They're very professional here; they run lovely auctions in house and online.
I believe the company is run mostly, if not wholly by family members.
I frequent their Friday auctions, where I've purchased quite a lot of high-end items and I'm very satisfied with doing business with them. I'll definitely continue attending when they return to business in house and for now I'm winning bids online.
Update: Went in person today and got into a bidding war. I won. So much fun!

This auction company lets thieves come in and steal lots won by other people, very bad auction house with lots of excuses for not guarding the stuff people win. I would not give one star if I could. Never trust this auction house. You could get ripped off.

I have been a customer for many years. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. Unlike many of the "City Auctions" this facility is easy to get to with plenty of parking. They have always executed my left bids and phone bids in a professional way. And I have bought a number of very rare, hard to find items which more than justifies my 5 star rating.
