Alderfer Auction brings fresh works of art to the market that are curated by our team of experts and encompass original works of art by established, "listed" artists, in good condition. American, Pennsylvania, European and Contemporary artists are offered in Alderfer Auction Fine Art and Collectors auctions.
The Fine & Decorative Arts Auctions, held three times a year, frequently hosts fine jewelry with high carat weights and precious metals. In addition, "high end" creations by notable designers, vintage pieces and collectible crafted jewelry are held in esteem and cataloged. Alderfer Auction offers live and online, simulcast bidding for its Fine Art Auctions.

In recent years Alderfer Auction has successfully offered the Smillie Family Estate (world famous engravers), the General George Meade collection (victorious commanding general at the battle of Gettysburg), the General Lyman Lemnitzer collection (famous American general and ex-Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff and NATO), and the Jim Mountain collection (World War II collection including General Eisenhower jacket and D-Day flag).

Absolutely love this auction house. Nothing but friendly staff and great items. Auctions are auctions there are fees and rules that are clearly documented. Sometimes things sell for more than they're worth, great for the consignor. Sometimes less, great for the buyer. This is the way of the auction. Happy bidding!

My experience with Alderfer Auction was absolutely WONDERFUL from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful, payment was easy, & the best part was that they shipped my item. Yippee! No need to find a suitable third-party shipper. Alderfer Auction is also EXCEPTIONAL at packing! I was very impressed with everything they did & definitely look forward to attending more of their online auctions.

Love Alderfer Auction. I have been a customer for years. They have fabulous premier Estate Auctions from Bucks and Montgomery County, jammed packed with the collectibles and antiques I am looking for. Their specialty auctions can't be missed either. The staff is always helpful and friendly, especially the ladies who assist on item pickup days.

Do not put your precious items with this auction house!! The absolute worst place !!!!! We dealt with Tim
We had a military collection that we trusted them with. They came to our house to pick up all the items We had a list of estimated worth of the items. We sent them. They never acknowledged it ! They gave out collectibles away for nothing on the first auction , before the second auction of our items we asked to pick them up and they told us no we have to pay 25 per cent of the price they were listed for. They ended up auctioning our items in lot One of our flags was never listed never to be
