I've been going there for over 20 yrs and it use to be a fair value market auction! But now and I truly dont meen to be negative but the prices that those cars are be auctioned for are absolutely ridiculous. I was googling the car prices as they were being sold and I was blown away how bad it was. And for the record depending on the year everything ain't high way miles if it's high someone could have be doing uber or something. Just saying

Beware! Most of the cars they sell are lemons and they know it! The dealers doctor up the cars just enough to run through the auction. They clear engine codes and participate in other shady practices to fool you even if you check out car beforehand and Carriage turns a blind eye to everything and falls back on their “as is” policy as an excuse for their unprofessional and criminal business.

BEWARE OF THE SECRET LEMONS. They got OVER ON me. Smh. I purchased a vehicle when we looked at it turned it on didn't have any engine light on. As soon as I paid and moved the vehicle check engine light came on for timing chain. Clearly they cleared the codes for a high purchase price. I am a single mother who is not working at the moment and needed a car ASAP. Ck engine or timing needed was not mentioned in the auction. Now I'm in a very messed up situations. Beware. Bring a engine scanner to check any car you are interested in. Try to move it back n fourth at least a mile. To see if any lights

Attempted to sell cars multiple times. They will openly state that they prioritize their “20 year standing dealer relationships” over new sellers, cars always end up at the end with missing and inaccurate information. I placed a green light guarantee that was taken off somehow, vehicle photos were not present the morning of the auction even though I rush vehicle over on Friday to ensure that, didn’t boost battery or start vehicle, the buyer was questioning whether the car will even start? Sold for way less than valued. Very poor customer care it’s a “take or leave it” mentality. I do
