The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. Dr Zack is the best , he is informative , gentle and talented. The clinic is clean , heart warming environment, high tech machines , lots of parking spots.

Dr. H is a great dentist. I moved to this area from Dallas, a few yrs back, having had a topnotch dentist in Highland Park with 40+ yrs experience & I am happy with the professional care I have received from Dr H. He is meticulous, kind, caring, patient, compassionate & flexible. He realized I had certain compromises & accommodated accordingly. He explains each step needed to help restore my health. I am confident having him see my family, he is super nice.

Very unprofessional, they were diligent in following and making sure I was confirming the appointment and I wait an entire week to meet the doctor and he cancels the appointment 3 hours before scheduled time( no phone call, just a cancellation email). Respect people's time and understand they have health needs that needs to be taken care.

I'm one of those people who never go to the dentist because I have some childhood fear. I've been living with on and off tooth pain but I always seem to make it through, recently however I've been in some significant pain that I couldn't ignore and was forced to look up affordable dentist. I love this place for sure! The staff is super nice and really helpful. The lady at the front desk offered me a good payment plan that fit into my budget so that was really helpful, much appreciated. And the dentist was a very nice guy, really funny! 10/10 service and I highly recommend coming to this place!

I will be filling my complaint! This is the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever been to. I showed up for an appointment and the surgeon wasn't there so I had to reschedule. Rescheduled! The DAY BEFORE (AT ALMOST CLOSING)the appointment they call and tell me I'm not covered. I'm four visits in and they still can't seem to get the insurance together. My husband continuously calls off of work to drive me for my surgery just for them to cancel, not show up, or some other bs excuse. The entire staff needs to be replaced except the dentist. Ok people if you are looking for a dentist that genuinely care about their patients, then Marble Dentistry in McKinney Texas is where you need to go. I was in A LOT of pain, and was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs. (they offered same day, but, I had to work) Tammy went above & beyond. Just started a new job & didn't have my insurance cards as of yet. She called several avenues to find my insurance numbers. She went as far as calling my company's HR department to insure my insurance coverage.(even though I said I'd pay full price, just to get the pain to stop) I had

I cannot say even good things about the staff here. Tammy at the front desk is a ray of sunshine and just full of wonderful information. Russia (Dr H's assistant) is so sweet and excellent at her job as well. She and Tammy know how to take a proper impression without making you gag. The staff here will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and informed through every step of the process. Dr. H is very conservative and will not try to force unnecessary dental work on you, like some dentists. If you are terrified of the dentist, this place will change that. I would highly recommend

Dr. Hegazin and his staff are truly wonderful people to have take care of your dental needs. I have not been to a dentist in five years. They did a very professional and thorough exam and then did a cleaning that didn't leave me feel like I was drowning as has happened at other Dentist locations. They then went over the pictures and X-rays showing me what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. We were struggling to find a good dentist in McKinney. It feels like there's a dentist at every corner! This office makes you feel good from when you walk in to when you leave! I was happy with them and felt like they were completely honest and helpful. They're a newer office so they have new equipment but they don't feel new in terms of experience. We'll be back in 6 months!

We just moved to McKinney and finding a new dentist is usually difficult, however, we were able to book appointments for me and my two adult kids online and were seen within the week of booking!
