Poor business acumen. Initially the tow truck came on the wrong day, then again on the correct day LATE. They took 3 hours to tow our car 22 miles. They stopped and took other jobs while our car was left on the tow truck. We were not informed of this. (I had my cameras recording in my car so I have this on video.) We missed our car appointment because of this. Then, they towed my car to the wrong location and left it there. We called into the front desk to tell them they messed up the address, and the lady on the phone lied about the location of our car. (I have GPS in my car.) When we confronted

My Jeep wouldn't start and I needed it to be towed to Deacon Jones in Smithfield to be fixed. I was able to get free towing due to the warranty still on my Jeep. The warranty company sent out Steven's Towing. It was maybe 40 minutes after I put in the request for a tow that Bryan showed up at my house. He was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He made me feel at ease knowing that he would take very good care of my Jeep. He got my Jeep on the rollback with no problem at all, had it strapped down and ready to go in no time. After the first tow company cancelled on us, our insurance provider sent a second company, which happened to be Stevens towing. Tony was the driver sent to help us, guy was extremely fast, polite and helpful, by far one of the most professional and proficient drivers I’ve ever seen. 5 stars isn’t enough. Hopefully I’ll never need another tow, but if I do, it’ll be stevens.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! They damaged my car! I needed a simple tow less than 6 miles from our home. The driver called to advise he was on his way. We handed him the key, he reversed out of our driveway, then put the car on the flatbed and drove off. We got a call from the mechanic shop the next day who told us the key was jammed in the ignition and couldn't be removed. That's not what we sent the car to the mechanic for! They also told us the battery was dead. So apparently, the driver broke the ignition, couldn't turn the car off, so he left it in the middle of the mechanic's

USAA had to cancel the first wrecker, and then Steven’s was dispatched. The driver, Tony, called me with an ETA, and was really polite and nice. When he got there he had the truck loaded up in minutes, and towed the truck from Wilson Mills to Goldsboro. He had a great attitude, was laid back, and put the truck in the driveway far enough we could park the other car. Very nice driver and very prompt company!!! If you’re in Johnston Co and need a tow, just know Steven’s was very wonderful to us and I hope you have the same experience!! I would recommend them first hand!

The driver stated he was on location and me and my vehicle were gone, I set up the tow through my Road Side Assistant and I'm sure-they are trying to bill them for the call, I never Left the truck for a second and never seen a Tow Truck even pass, when Dispatch was contacted their reply was To Bad he should have been there, try some other place, So I

They were very prompt and communicated on their ETA. The driver was very courteous and even followed is to our exit to make sure we were okay. I'm thankful our assistance company uses Stevens. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. The driver even had an assigned area to minimize our wait. They are top notch in my book.

Used Steven's Towing to transport my F350 from LaGrange, NC to Chapel Hill. Super nice truck, clean and comfortable ( I got to ride in the wrecker). Professional people all the way around. We have triple A and we called for assistance because we locked our keys in with the running vehicle because of our 2 dogs inside with cool air running for them. We stopped at a rest stop. So anyways Triple A sent us a tow truck and driver from Steven's Towing. He wasn't really a talker that much, but I believe he was more focused on helping us get into that vehicle to reunite us with our dogs. And to get us back into the Vehicle of course. On 6/22/16, we were on our way driving from PA to Orlando for our family vacation. Unfortunately, our vehicle broke down on the highway. It was early morning and already hot. We have already been driving about 8 or more hours. Our kids have been sitting in the hot van for about an hour before we made contact with a towing company through our roadside assistance program.
The 2 that responded to the call were both very nice a professional. Understanding that we were traveling through with kids and dealing with the heat, they went above and beyond!

I was on a trip from DC to Jacksonville when my car overheated and stalled. Insurance was called, Steven's Towing was dispatched to tow me to the closest chevrolet dealership. I believe the gentleman's name was Anthony, not sure on that one, but he was AMAZING!! He was pleasant, friendly, professional and amazingly calming in an already extremely stressful situation. Thank you so much for your help! He spoke well of the company, highly of his boss, just an all around pleasant experience to what was turning into the night from hell. THANK YOU!!
