We specialize in helping small to large sized corporations brand themselves in the marketplace to stand out from their competitors with our logo treats and custom packaging ideas. Our clients range from individual sales reps like realtors, insurance agents, financial advisors, etc. to corporations like staffing agencies, property managers, and large multinationals.
If you're looking for something fun to do with your group of friends or for a fun team building event, please contact us at workshops@stlcakepops.com to set-up a private event or register for one of these upcoming open events. NOTE: We are currently not scheduling any in person events at our bakery due to space limitations and the inability to safely social distance participants.
We specialize in catering desserts for corporate events, parties, weddings, graduations and more! Cake Pops and chocolate covered treats make the perfect bite sized treat and can serve as table decoration or party favor. You can choose from a variety of colors and flavors to match any theme. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit of your projected final cost to book your date with us.
Basic Cake Pops start at $3 each. Specialty flavors will include a $5 up-charge on your order. Spiked flavors will include an $8 up-charge on your order. Please note, Spiked flavors do include alcohol. A party with a Valid State ID or Passport showing proof of age must be available to receive your order, either for delivery or pick-up.
The more specific you can be, the better we can guide you with options to best fit your budget. In regard to Budget, keep in mind that it really depends on the party size, the dessert options you choose to determine the right options for your budget. As a standard guide, you can estimate with a budget of $60 - $150 serving between 25-50 people electing basic items.

I love themed birthday parties, but my son (turning 13) is losing interest. Rachel made “Ford” cake pops for his birthday and he was so excited! Thank you, Rachel, for helping me continue to throw themed birthday parties for my kids. They were a highlight of his party and will be a new family tradition for our birthday parties!

I can't speak to the taste of treats (yet) because I ordered a cake pop gift for delivery. The woman who took my order was so helpful! She counseled me in creating a custom birthday box for a friend and had it delivered same day. I was determined to give local and the experience reminded me why it is so important.

Rachel went above and beyond to give us the most perfect dessert for our wedding reception. We ordered cakepops as the dessert and favor for guests and they were a huge hit! Our Girl Scout troop attended a field trip at STL Cake Pops and really enjoyed it! It was educational, fun and delicious! The process to set up the field trip was fast and easy and Rachel was a great host to our girls. Not only did Rachel teach the girls about how to make a cake pop she also talked about owning and running a business. On the way home my daughter was talking about all the types of businesses she could start! Did I mention the cake pops we made were delicious! I'd highly recommend this bakery!

I ordered cake pops from Rachel for my sister's wedding shower. She created a custom design for me that matched the bride's color scheme and tastes perfectly. I first had the cake pops as a promotional treat at a business building workshop and they were delicious. Rachel Sarino can put just about anything on her cake pops - business info, logo, child themed pops, holidays, celebrations.....whatever you can think of, she can probably do. And cake pops are so much more sanitary at a birthday gathering, if you know what I mean...
