South Niagara Auto Repair is a family owned and operated automotive repair shop located in Lockport, New York. We opened in 1988 as a two-bay garage on S. Niagara St., and have since grown to what we are today. In business for 30 years, SNAR is a complete automotive facility employing technicians and we pride ourselves on providing honest, reliable repairs at a fair price.
Includes up to 5 quarts of our Gulf synthetic blend oil. This specially formulated motor oil is made for the highest levels of protection and performance for ultimate peace of mind. We also include a free safety check which includes checking the wipers, belts, hoses, and more. Maintaining your muffler and exhaust system helps to minimize engine noise as well as protecting you and others from dangerous carbon monoxide and/or carbon dioxide fumes.

This shop is awesome. I was stuck away from home and they took me in right away. Found the problem really fast and started to work. They could not find anywhere local that had my part in stock so instead of me being stuck the re e all day they sent one of there guys to pick up the part needed. That is awesome service that you just don't find much of any more.. if you need your car worked on I highly recommend bringing your car here.

Went into the shop to get my brakes and an oil change completed. I casually mentioned some other things I was having some issues with, the owner told me he would look and see if he could figure out the issues. I had gone to other mechanics to have the same issues fixed and was always told it was either going to cost over $1K or it wasn’t possible at all. THEY FIXED IT! all of my issues I was having RESOLVED! and it didn’t break the bank. I will be a forever customer. Great service, great customer care, and friendly owners!!

I started doing business here a few years ago beginning with an oil change and state inspection. I immediately became comfortable bringing my Jeep Grand Cherokee here for all my needs. Everyone at S. Niagara Repair is very professional and friendly. They really know their stuff and have very affordable prices. Because they are privately owned it's far more personable than commercial repair shops where you're just another number. They have fixed a myriad of problems that my car has had over the years and I've never had an issue. I definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience at South Niagara auto repair today my sons vehicle was very dangerous with a caliper off a break they took care of it in one business day and completely fixed it safe to drive now we also had two cars inspected in a very quick and timely fashion and we would highly recommend this business

We’ve been coming here for at least 15 years. Great work and customer service keep us coming back. I trust them to give us an honest assessment of the issue at hand and to give us a fair price. On the more expensive repairs, they try to give you options (if there are any) to make it affordable. My husband also bought one of the used cars they have, great investment. He loves it!!
