Can't say enough good things about the service I received. After working with them to sort out the details of having a car picked up near Albany and shipped here to Buffalo, they gave me a date and gave my info to their driver. The car was picked up even sooner than planned and made it from the pick-up location to my front door in under 24 hours. This was my first time ever shipping a car and I didn't have to lift a finger. Very competitive price too.

Booked almost 2 monthes in advance, called at least 3-4 times prior to car being picked up and was always told too early to get a specific pick up date, then called 10 days in advance of expected arrival date and Kim told me that they were running late due to a death and a covid-19 exposure to their driver, left me hanging without any transportation offered to pick up car a week later, would never trust them! Used Sherpa transport instead who arranged my car to get picked up in 2 days!!!

I would NOT recommend this place at all! I thought I would have the same experiences as everyone else in the reviews but I was wrong. Kim told me twice (I should have realized the first time it was bad business) that she would call me back with information and she never did. Each time I had to call her back. The first time I waited almost a week for a call back. Nothing. And every time I did call, she seemed as if she was irritated that I was calling. I was given NO update on my car being shipped. 7 days passed and still no update so I called and found out my car was still sitting at the company

Relocating a car is stressful. Erin and Bill’s expertise in delivering assures it will be done safely and on time. They know how to deal with it easily. Proper insurance is in place and their office dispatcher/manager, Kimberly, is polite and especially pleasant to work with.

Great transport company! The only one in WNY I trust to move vehicles all up and down the eastern seaboard and even further in some circumstances. Never an issue, always professional and have had them ship cars for customers of mine at multiple stores I've worked for! I'd give them three thumbs up if I could 👍👍👍

I have used them for several cars over the years that I bought in the US and shipped to their facility NY and have had nothing but great experiences. In fact, have recommended them to several people over the years and one in particular was super happy with the service and price to ship his vehicle. Prices are the best and provided you get pics etc. before car is loaded and check it out upon arrival there should not be any issues. I recently shipped a car from Vancouver to Toronto with another carrier and that was way more hassle and cost, was actually considering having car dropped off in Seattle
