I had them replace a door handle. They mandated that they have to get the part or they won’t warranty the work which I understand. But they put in mismatch trim and the wrong door handle. They also lied and told me I had to pay debit. They know I cannot dispute a charge when it’s debit. They didn’t allow me to see the work until I payed. Truly shady. I am now the owner of a luxury car with mismatched trim that didn’t need to be swapped out to fix the door handle. They gave me the trim (my original) and said they can put it in when I come back to get more work done. Believe it or not…
