I'm Mike Chadwick, owner and primary inspector of Chadwick Inspections PLLC. I have years of residential and commercial experience in the construction industry, along with a diverse career in business and church ministry. I received my home inspector training through American Home Inspector Training (AHIT), one of the most distinguished training institutions in the home inspection industry.

Mike helped my father with his potential new home inspection. He was very thorough in his inspection and bless his heart, he walked through every line item with my anxious father. I was on the phone and could overhear their conversation and he gave him pointers /advice on what he could do once they moved in. Mr. Chadwick really takes pride in the quality and stands behind his reputation and I would refer him to anyone I know. Wished he would have inspected my house- could've saved me some heartaches! I was very pleased with mr mikes work he was very responsive and effective. He did my inspection on a friday morning and had the report ready the same day the report its self was very thorou and well put out everything in detail. Mr. Chadwick is very thorough in his work. He provided us a 42-page document on a home we were considering buying. Things not necessarily visible to our eye, was to him. His fee was well worth the investment!! His findings saved us from THOUSANDS of dollars worth of repairs should we have purchased the home we were considering.
