I bought a laser pack off of Groupon and went in for 3 sessions, I have three more and have been trying to call and schedule but their phones are disconnected??? I’m very confused and I think I’ve gotten scammed. Even if they have shut down they should have given clients with remaining sessions a call or warning at least. Very unprofessional.

I had an apt last Thursday, had even received an apt reminder. Arrived 10 minutes early and the door was locked. Called every number I could find and waiting until 1:30…..they were a no show and I am not able to reach anyone. Purchased a Groupon for three sessions and no idea how to contact!

They cancelled my appointment telling me that their machine needed to be repaired and would be done by Aug. 30th. I called several times afterwards to get it reschedule, left a message on their voicemail, and no call back. I decided to wait until Aug. 30th figuring that their office would be closed cause of repairs. Tried again today to find that their 214 phone number was not being serviced and that their website is down. I still have 3 sessions left of the 6 sessions for $99 deal. This is very unfair and unprofessional business practice. What a scam! I want my money back if you (radiant aesthetics

After 15+ plus years of dealing with acne scars I’m finally starting the mend process. I’m so glad I chose Radiant Aesthetics! So far I’ve had Microneedling and a laser treatment and my deep scars have already improved significantly. I’ll definitely be going back to finish the job.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for @RadiantAesthetics! Diana has supported in reducing the signs of aging and dark spots with the ILP facials. I no longer have acne scars or dark spots after just one treatment!! In addition, Chelsea has worked miracles on my face, neck, and arms with her skin tightening treatments! I am about half way into a SIGNIFICANT weight lose journey and I can say without a doubt that the treatments from Chelsea have allowed me to correct my skin with non surgical treatments! Takes forever to schedule an appointment, poor customer service. First time I called, during our conversation, phone got disconnected, she didn’t bother calling me back. I called several times after that, no one responded. Left them a message...No response.. I found another office that was far more prompt about responding to my request.
