I’ve been coming to this office for over 10 years. Dr Reihsen and her staff are very professional, friendly, and compassionate. No wait time and in and out pretty quickly.
My only concern from my last visit was when my lab work was being drawn and the tech wants to remove the needle with one hand instead of two.

My experience here at Dallas Family Medical practice was very positive. The nurses were very welcoming and cordial and the nurse practitioner was amazing. She listened to my concerns and took time to talk with my husband and I. We finally didn’t feel rushed at all and we felt like we were finally being heard compared to other past experiences where doctor offices just want their patients in and out as quickly as possible.

I called Dallas Family Medical and got an appointment on the same day. That is not the first time that has happened. Their service is always prompt. Jamie examined my cut finger & prescribed an affordable medicated cream plus gave me the name of a medicated wash to buy over the counter. I have always found her to be knowledgeable and prompt. I did not wait in the examination room long. I have also had Dr. Reihsen call me personally with test results 2-3 days after the tests.

I am a overall healthy 33-year-old woman. I had my first appointment at this office eight days ago. I booked an annual exam initially but have been having chest tighntness and pressure for the last four or five days prior. I thought maybe it was the weather changing or my asthma. I really couldn't put my finger on it. there are signs up in the office that says so talk to your doctor about any of your health concerns or medication refill requests

I started going to this doctor about 2years ago. My sister referred my whole family so I decided to give her a try. In July, I went due to excessive coughing & breathing trouble. She diagnosed me over a Zoom call stating to go to the emergency room because I might have had covid...I got a negative test & was given antibiotics by the hospital. A week later, no change, so I paid another $50 for a deductible & had another zoom call with her. She prescribed me antibiotics & an inhaler for $400. I used to see Dr Reihsen before she expanded her business and I truly loved her as a doctor. Dr Reihsen would listen and seemed genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Since her expansion, I have only been there once. It seemed less organized and chaotic. I chalked it up to the change that was going on.

I've been coming to Dr. Reihsen for several years now. She is friendly and attentive and so is her staff. The PA on staff, Dr Pak, is very nice and informative. I appreciate their office's availability and the fact that I can walk in. They also have always taken whatever insurance I had at the time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reihsen for about three years. In that time I've been in the office for 6 patient visits. The last visit all new staff. It took several sticks and two people to draw my blood. I was told I failed my EKG and needed two heart sonograms at my physical. I figured out the girl that was doing the blood draw and EKG was new and hadn't done either very times previous. I called my surgeon as I was about to have spinal fusion surgery. I was told they think the EKG was done wrong and they sent me for early pre-op surgery testing. NO issue with drawing my blood

My experience was the worse. I was feeling extremely sick. Since my family doctor is located in Sunnyvale and I live in Addison I wanted to see someone closer to home, for immediate attention purposes. So I found Julie Reihsen. Wait time wasn't bad at all,the building is very outdated. The nurse that took my vitals was new, she seemed a bit nervous which made me nervous. I've had really good experience with Dr. Reihsen. She took more time with me than any other doctor that I've seen in many years. She listens to my concerns, give options and actually seems to care. I usually don't have to wait long after getting to the office. I'd advise any friend to go to Dr. Reihsen.

If you want a doctor who is unwilling to listen to you and respect that you have different views than her, than she's the doc for you. Trying to get established with new doc and specifically said I need prescriptions for existing conditions and all she could do is refer me to specialists. My visit was a total waste of time, left without any prescriptions. Will not be going back.

I have yet to find a doctor who respects the decisions I've made about my body, namely, that I won't be having children.
For people who don't understand the frustration, imagine you've just told the doctor you're expecting, then she tells you how expensive kids are, and you should come in and see how gross her nephew's kid is, and maybe you'll change your mind once the kid is born. Horrendous, no? That's how it feels to be talked down to when I make the opposite decision. I won't return.
She told me I should be taking folic acid. I know it prevents
