Secret RF is a new microneedling treatment that improves signs of aging skin, fine lines, wrinkles and scars with little to no downtime. I’ve been seeing Dr Bailey for several years now and every time it’s a great experience! Dr Bailey performed several IPL ( dry eye laser treatment) treatments and my dry painful eyes have never felt better. I can go 12-16 hrs in contacts without severely dry and super uncomfortable feeling. I’m very grateful!

I had been struggling with dry eyes and a skin irritation around my eyes for many months. Nothing seem to help. Dr. Bailey administered three IPL treatments. The skin irritation left and has not returned. The dry eyes were 80% better. Before the treatment I was unable to get cataract surgery because my eyes were too dry. After the treatment I was able to qualify for the surgery. The treatments were easy and painless. I will definitely do them again if needed. So grateful for this treatment and for Dr Bailey.

I love coming to West Plano Aesthetics. Their team is great and the services they offer are different than others in town. The Plasma Pen and Secret RF Microneedling are game changers if you are over 40! First of all let me tell you that the owners of West Plano Aesthetics did a lot of research to find the best and safest procedures with the best outcomes for their patients. Their first concern is for the well being of the patient and second is the result. Physician Assistants perform the procedures under the tutelage of the MD. I had the Secret RF procedure and consists of 3 treatments. They developed a numbing cream to apply that works great and made it relatively painless. During the treatment they stopped to see how I was doing and followed up after each procedure. I had a unique experience

I had a great experience with having my underarms treated. Setting up the appointment was easy and quick, and the information shared before treatment helped me feel totally comfortable. Once they explained the process, the actual treatment was done exactly as explained and she kept checking to make sure i was comfortable. I would visit here again!
