I have been trying for 14 weeks to get the recycling bin in our parking lot picked up. 14 weeks is unacceptable. Most times nobody answers the phone & the mailbox is full. When someone does answer they make promises that aren't followed through on. Not sure what has happened with this company, used to be easy to work with.

Company does not respond. We have had an Abitibi paper recycler for many years. Paper is picked up, but we don’t receive any funds as promised. We have been trying to get the bin removed from our property for a year. They say they are coming, but never do. Filed complaint with BBB. State complaint is next.

First and last time I come here. the container has priority and own trucks ,that’s why I’m was wait a lot of time . I spent 4 hours here and then I been loaded with overweight . They don’t give you a scale ticket. The scale 50 ml away from this place. Don’t trust the broker,don’t trust employee . One star , thanks for your business .

Royal Oaks Recycling does not return phone calls. I have called the phone numbers given for 4 days this week, left messages on the general mailbox number and no one has yet to respond. I will not recommend to anyone and as soon as possible I will have their containers removed the locations in our area. Do not conduct business with this organization ( or lack thereof).
