We are a fourth generation, family-owned and operated scrap metal recycling business located in Sterling Heights, MI. In the mid-1930s, our great grandpa started out each day by renting a horse and buggy to travel to the manufacturing plants that had begun to sprout up around the city. This was at the time of the original Ford plants, and he collected oily rags and metal scraps from the assembly lines.

Out of all the scrap yards I have been to, Admiral Metals is by far the most convenient. Even though I have moved farther away, I still come here for the great customer service and ease of process. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a piece of metal give me a flat tire here either as the workers tend to keep the driving lanes clear of debris. They always give the best price for scrap and they have Saturday hours. They go out of their way to keep customers happy. Thank you Admiral!!!!
