Since 1992, Comet National has been providing a variety of solutions to our trusted customer partners while building relationships with our carrier partners. Our founder John Souter unexpectedly found himself in the logistics business following his graduation from college in 1990.
John worked for several transportation companies, and became fascinated with the art of moving freight from point A to point B. After making several suggestions to improve operations and then seeing those suggestions ignored, John chose to take his ideas, cut his own path, and started his own transportation company.Fast-forward nearly 30 years, and Comet National Shipping is still going strong.
