I had an absolute horrible experience with this company. I contacted these folks on 03/08/21. Charlie Jordan was the representative I was speaking to during this whole ordeal. I paid extra for a winch since my 2015 EVO MR was inoperable. I was told that my vehicle was going to be picked up on 03/11/21. That date came by, then the next, then the next. No calls nor emails. I had to call Charlie Jordan and he said, "I'm going to be honest with you, my driver is NO WHERE near your vehicle's location, but I'll tell you what, there's another driver who can pick your car up tomorrow for an extra $100

Very bad service, No customer service at all. The owner is just a broker in this industry and when called to notify about an accident to resolve it, he didnt care or compensate about it at all. He stopped answering calls, emails and text messages. WORST SERVICE EVER. Business like these must be CLOSED.
