I normally see Dr. G and I can tell you he is WAY BETTER than Dr. Randal. I’m very disappointed in the appointment I had with Dr. Randal down to the professionalism. He didn’t introduce himself coming into the room and he did a rush job. I don’t even believe he looked at my chart or any information about me before coming into the room. It’s like he had no passion in what he does as a career maybe it was there before but as of now it’s not. I will never have an appointment with him again.

Actually, the doctor is exceptional. We went to Dr. Narcissi at Franciscan St. James and he wasn’t the least bit concerned. In fact, he just created a situation where I had to make appointments every six weeks. This podiatrist, however, treated the problem in two visits and it has not occurred since. The “basement office” didn’t cure my ailment, the competent, efficient, physician did.

Dr Randall was able to put our worries at ease as well as answer all our concerns. He stressed the importance of proper foot care. Along with having an annual exam.
