Horrible service! I’ve been in pain for awhile now and my appointments have been canceled due to Dr. meeting then was told they’ll call me back to reschedule never received a call. Finally I got in ok first wear a brace still in pain, then so call procedure is to be done to relieve pain have gotten pre-op test continue to call leave messages and supposedly the office manager is going to call back and she never did. Then I email no response. My best bet is to get my a medical release and find professional dr and staff.

This has got to be the worst office when it comes to billing. I like to make sure that I pay my medical bills on time especially for small offices. For services that were rendered 1/30/2017 I had to hunt down my bill in April/May 2017!!! I pay the bill on May 9 only to get another bill for it the second week of June for a totally different amount.
A word to the wise. Keep track of all services received before you leave the office and make sure that you understand what you will be billed for because once those charges are on your bill it becomes a case of he said/she said and you have no recourse
