In addition to our standard chiropractic care, services, we want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care. This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments. It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly.
Between working on the farm and running a clothing ministry I am always lifting and twisting. Dr. Woodward puts me back together. I highly recommend him! Dr Woodward, is truly an amazing Doctor. He is very comforting and a good listener. He treats you with great concern. He understands that different people have special circumstances and needs a more gentle approach.

I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes on my first appointment for which I arrived on time. All my paperwork was completed in advance. The receptionist talked to me about occult and witchcraft. No mention about why the doctor was late for my appointment. No common courtesy extended to me asking if I'd be OK waiting or if I'd like to re-schedule. I decided to leave after the receptionist walked away. Overall, a negative experience. My wife and I will not be returning.

Wow what a great experience! He truly knows what he’s doing! Super smart and very kind hearted; loves to teach! He truly wants what’s best for each client. Spent quality time with me and was so patient despite all my questions. The receptionist is so personable:)) great personality and makes one feel welcomed! I will come back!

THANK YOU DR. WOODWARD!!! I truly feel fantastic!!! Since my visit on Wednesday, I have been waking up without the excruciating pain in the middle of my back. I'm doing the stretches that you showed me. I made some changes to where I sit at my work station to be even. Thank you for using the table roller machine to alleviate pelvic pain that I was not aware that I have been living with. My overall wellness from the adjustments and the other methods used have made a significant improvement in how my body feels. The stabbing and pulsing pain that I was feeling has not returned. I feel very refreshed

Ok, so I don't write reviews. But after the care I received from Dr. Dent I felt I had to share it with others. Looking back over the last 22 years I've seen 9 different Chiropractors. Todd Dent is by far the best. I went in to see him last Monday for low back pain. Not only did he resolve that issue but found many others while I was there. He also addressed some chronic joint pain I had been suffering for many years. (I had been told by other doctors that it was just arthritis and part of getting older). The results were shocking. I've never had a chiropractor before meeting Dr Dent. They've terrified me. He makes you comfortable, addresses the issues, makes recommendations on continued care... and not once have I felt I'll at ease. His military background is a huge bonus, too.... 😁😁😁😁 I also have to give a 5 star to Angie from Buchanan Massage. She's located at Doc's. By far one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. Plus, she's my doula! Added points!

Dr. Dent is always professional, kind and extremely thorough. From athletic injuries, preventative ear infection adjustments for my daughter, sciatica pain, to migraine headaches... You name it! He has always been able to find a healthy remedy to get my family back to 100% as quickly and safely as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

5 Stars all the way around. My wife and I have been going to Dr Dent ever since moving to the Rockwall area some 10 years ago. We shopped around for someone who was the real deal, not someone who would tell you that you would need 20 treatments no matter what. Here he is. Very satisfied with his services.
