Dr. Timothy Payne has been in practice since 2008 following his graduation from Parker College of Chiropractic. He worked in the Rockwall area for several years, then took over Rockwall Chiropractic in 2016. Dr. Payne grew up here and is proud to serve his home community with high-quality natural chiropractic care.

With a mom who worked as a nurse, Dr. Payne knew early on that he wanted to join the medical profession. He heard stories about the emergency room and how people would recover there and even shadowed his mom. A family friend who was a chiropractor told Dr. Payne about the natural healing profession.
Dr. Cummings was introduced to chiropractic at an early age after his father was injured in an automobile accident. Since that time, it has been an essential part of keeping him and his family feeling great during years of hard work in the construction industry in Arizona. Seeing the benefits of chiropractic first hand and his passion to help others, he moved to Texas to begin his journey and is now serving Rockwall alongside Dr. Payne.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is always clean. I was having shoulder pain that started affecting my work and sleep so I went to see Dr. Payne and he helped me get back to my old self. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is supremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Not your generic chiropractor. I’ve been going to a different one for years in Rockwall and I can say there’s truly a difference in approaches. I had my first session and to be honest I’m 6ft 2 and the Doc is smaller in stature. I was worried at first that he would be able to help, boy was I wrong. They stretch the #*it out of you which I desperately needed. I could feel the difference immediately! The Staffs amazing also, I was presently surprised they knew everyone by name that showed up. I highly recommend them and I’ve only been once. You can’t go wrong..give them a shot. I am glad

My husband came here yesterday for his first visit, I’ve never known what to expect from these places but it was very insightful. My husband got some x-rays of his back and got a evaluation done to assess how bad his back is. Dr. Payne and his assistants are really personable and respectful to all of the people who come in. It’s a really clean location, easy to find on Google maps .

Every staff member on this team is efficient, great customer service & in great detail of my chiropractic needs. I've been to several chiropractor clinics & nobody has explained everything to me before. They are helping me for my best interest & I could never thank them enough. I usually have a time problem getting there & they always make sure I am still seen for the week with no judgement. I really appreciate this staff & Dr.s. I am always with Dr.Payne but I've have assistance with Dr.Cummings & they are both professional & great at what they do.
