We woke up on a recent Saturday morning to no water and figured it was the 20 yr old well pump and we would probably be without water until Monday because of the weekend. After calling several businesses with no luck, we contacted Mills Well Drilling and to our delight Rob and Diane were here within an hour. Since our pump showed nowhere above ground, and we were not certain as to the exact location, they persevered for at least an hour until they located it. They replaced the pump and cables with everything being on their truck. They are very efficient, reasonable and personable.

We ran out of water and Mills responded with speed and compassion. They did not charge an emergency fee but came out quickly to diagnose and fix the problems. They had a lot of work, but they were extremely professional and efficient. They used quality parts, were very detail oriented, and charged a fair price.

We experienced taps running dry on Friday evening and called Mills Drilling. Diane was patient enough to walk us through, diagnosing the problem and also helping us what needed to be done to tide over the problem and not worsen the situation. She even called back later to check on the situation and offer few other tips.

After a bad tank and blown pump motor we woke up with no water. I could not be more grateful that Rob and Diane were willing to come out on a Saturday and replace everything so we had clean water restored before the evening. They are one of few companies I've worked with who are thorough and knowledgeable enough to ensure they bring the correct equipment with them on the first trip. They are budget conscious while also ensuring that everything is completed correctly before leaving. Thank you!!!

This company has poor customer service and needs to update their web page. From their web page: We provide 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICES for "no-water" calls and emergency well pump services. This is not true. My parents had a well installed from them and called them about the water pump and reported that they had no-water. They failed to come out and check stating they had another job to do and there are other companies that can replace the water pump and do the repairs.

I recently had this company do an inspection on a property I am trying to purchase. Not only did they go the extra mile to get some things up and running correctly in order to even complete the inspection - but they charged very reasonable prices for the repairs that needed done. Also, while completing the inspections, they were very transparent with me the issues that we were experiencing. I am very happy with this company's service, as well as their pricing. I will definitely be working with this company in the future!

After having issues with my well pump (so I thought) I called Mills to have the pump replaced. When they arrived I was greeted by the very friendly crew, who quickly got to work. They accurately diagnosed my issue and found the root cause of the the problems. Very knowledgeable and helpful, they ended up saving me a lot of money. If I have well issues in the future, Mills is the first company I'm going to call.

We had our pump go down about a month ago and not only did they answer the phone bright and early when I called, but were also able to replace it later that day for a fair price. They were also able to correct a couple other significant problems that we had been dealing with for years as the result of work done by another company. Very knowledgeable, proactive, and grade A workmanship.

I have used Mill's Well Drilling several times for my well inspections and they are fantastic! VERY honest and open with my clients. They have never recommended anything that was not needed. They really do look out for the best interest of everyone involved in the transaction. I will always go to them as my well inspection company and will recommend them to everyone in need of well services. They are the best around!
