Our two designated phone lines allow our account holders with 24/7 phone access to their accounts providing: Balance Information and access to various account transactions and transfer options. We will never call and ask you to verify your account information over the phone. If you receive a call where you are asked to give your personal information, it is a fraudulent call!

In the United States, credit unions are not-for-profit organizations that exist to serve their members rather than to maximize corporate profits. Like banks, credit unions accept deposits and make loans. But as member-owned institutions, credit unions focus on providing a safe place to save and borrow at reasonable rates.
1. What is Remote Check Deposit? Our Remote Check Deposit (RCD) service allows you to deposit checks into your credit union account using a mobile device's camera. It can be done anywhere as long as you have Internet access. 2 How do I access Remote Check Deposit? You will need to download the West Tennessee Credit Union app from either the Google Play or Apple App Store.
Did you know that as a VISA credit card holder you have six (6) different ways to make a payment? We know how busy our Members are so, we offer various ways to fit any schedule. 1.
