Terrible experience with Jeff. Does not deserve even a one star rating. Claimed to be able to help out with tenants best interest when it came to renting, seemed like a stand up guy who knows this business. Found out the hard way that he has no idea what he is doing as a property manager. Will never recommend him or 360 residential to anyone in the San Diego area.

This review is long overdue and unsolicited. I used Jeffrey as my property manager for two years and I can't give him enough praise on what an amazing job he did. He had a screened tenant for me before I even moved out and they turned out to be amazing tenants for the whole two years. The house had a lot of problems and Jeffrey was always on the ball about getting the problems fixed promptly and rarely ever bothered me unless it was something that he needed a decision from me. Really made my experience great! I had to help move my grandmother during May in the middle of Covid. I first contacted another PM but I didn't have the warm gut feeling so I jumped into Yelp and found 360 Residential. Jeremy was so amazing and met me the next day on my short timeline. He was honest, fair, and gave me a great feeling. He has been great all throughout the experience and helped me handle the prep and rental as I left it all in his hands as I live out of State. He makes the monthly process smooth and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend his services!

I rent a property that Jeff manages and not only is he a cool guy and down to earth, but he is so far a great property manager as well. He is always responsive, has a great way of turning any possible difficult situations into positive ones, and knowledgable. Although it is a business, It is refreshing to work with someone who treats others with respect and makes your place a nice place to live.

After an absolute nightmare of renting my property through another property management company I found Jeffrey Oneal and 360 Residential. With me living out of state, Jeffrey handled the transition to his care and my tenants needs without me having to do much more than provide a few details and a phone call.
As my property manager, Jeffrey ensured my tenants and I were all taken care of and never treated as a number. When it came time to sell my house, he rolled right into it with superior speed and enthusiasm.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jeff O'Neal at an appraisal inspection on a high end condominium he was representing in downtown San Diego. I was very impressed with his knowledge of this this complex market. Few agent I meet truly understand the nuances of high-rise condos and the differences between the complexes. Whether it's renting or selling, Jeffrey ONeal is the man for the job! My condo was on the market three days and it was sold! Why? Because he knew exactly how to stage it, paint it, and present it. I also was able to receive far more in the sale than expected! (And in today's market, this is unheard of!)
I was out of the country for the entire month of escrow, and Jeffrey handled everything. I came back into the country, signed the final papers and collected my large check! I wouldn't believe this if I hadn't experienced it myself!

I have not had the pleasure of renting from this property management company yet, but as a potential customer being shown properties by this company, I wanted to give praise to one of their employees, Jeffrey. Jeffrey has been professional, friendly, helpful, and I feel has gone above and beyond to find me additional places that fit my criteria. Was being solicited by other property managers and reached out to Yelp for companies with 5 stars. Jeffrey was super straight forward, responded quickly (on a Sunday), and set up to meet on Monday. Being new to rental property, he made everything really simple and coordinated all I needed to have done when I move out to have it ready for tenants. As a tenant you cannot expect a better property manager than Jeff. He is so attentive to details and can solve any problems that may arise in your living situation. He takes care of business with such professionalism so you know you are well taken care of. I worked with Jeff as a tenant, but I would be more than happy to work with him as a property owner or if you are just looking to buy. Jeffrey O'Neal with 360 Residential has been our property manager / landlord for the past year & he has been the BEST we've ever had!!! Anytime we had an issue arise, he'd be incredibly responsive and accommodating. The communication with this company is as good as it gets. The property we leased from him in East Village was a gorgeous unit in a great location & we loved our time there. We wish Jeffrey & 360 could be our property manager at our new location in North Park!
