I knew about Lew because his office was near my office, so when I started thinking about buying a new condo, I researched him thoroughly. I liked his analytical approach and his serious research into the downtown San Diego condo market. When I decided I was serious about buying a new condo, he was my choice. He was terrific to work with, but after looking at many condos, I decided to keep the one I had. A couple years later, when I decided to sell another downtown condo I owned, I went back to Lew. I've known Lew for years, and he has helped me and my parents purchase multiple properties in San Diego. Lew Breeze KNOWS San Diego! We have not bought yet in downtown SD, but we hope it's just a matter of time and when we do, WE ARE GOING WITH LEW! Not only did he take the time to take us on a tour and show us many properties of interest, but he continues to let us know when properties pop up that may be our goal. WHEN we buy in San Diego, LEW BREEZE IS OUR MAN!

Okay this man is the KING of downtown properties. He has the the best website that he keeps up to date to the minute. His knowledge and advice is unmatched. He is always available day or night for questions or concerns. He has great knowledge of pretty much any aspect of the downtown market you can think about.
