Parents be advised: Avoid Apollo Gymnastics if at all possible. Management is generally disrespectful of parents (I have multiple examples over a two year period) and coaching is subpar. Because I posted a negative (though truthful) review of this gym on Google.com, the gym administrator “assumed [we] would not be re-enrolling for next season.”, but failed to tell us this for about a week until we [unfortunately] tried to re-enroll our daughter (she insisted despite our advice). A very passive-aggressive act on the part of this administrator. Why not act like an adult and just ask about the

Amazing facility and really great program for boys. The coaches have a good command of the team - the boys respect the coaches and all seem to really enjoy being at the gym. It has become a second family for our son and we appreciate everything Apollo has to offer. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a boys program...we have been to other gyms and this is by far, the best.

Terrible owners are unpleasant mean and spread rumors about other gyms. They should try running their business better rather than tear other businesses down. 🤬
They have cameras and microphones in parent lobby because they are so paranoid people are gonna say something bad about their gym. Because the owners can be aggressive and intimidating.
They threaten the kids with kicking them off the team when they want to speak out about something. They should try being nice and actually care about their clients rather than be fake.
They only care about the 💰 money which I get is important to

Our daughter was part of the Super Stars class for the 2018-2019 school year. Being her first experience with gymnastics, I should have considered enrolling her in a less intense program. It's very clear that Apollo is more competitive in nature and perhaps not the best fit for beginners.
The coach originally assigned to our daughter's class was there inconsistently for several weeks and eventually took a leave of absence, with different coaches subbing until they finally secured a new coach. The communication regarding these changes was spotty at best.
I think our biggest concern with this business

So I didn’t have a chance to actually try the gym. I called to schedule a free trial as they do at all the other local young sports programs and was informed that they don’t offer free trials. I would have to pay the Registration fee plus a month worth of classes and if my child doesn’t like it I would have to write a letter to withdrawal them from the program, but I will not receive a refund. I think they should consider changing this policy as you shouldn’t charge a parent over $100 to see if their 4 year old will enjoy and benefit from the activity.

Maria is very friendly and accommodating. The coaches do an excellent job with the summer camps. They were very welcoming of my young son!
I was a bit disappointed when I had my son’s birthday here. There was a meeting going on in our reserved birthday room when we arrived. The director was very rude. She wouldn’t let my partner and I stay on the gym floor at the same time nor would she allow parents to walk their young children out to the floor. The kids had fun but she made the parents and some children unnecessarily uncomfortable. There was also no air conditioning running in the room.

We did tiny tots last year for a few months and it left much to be desired because it was repetitive, literally the same little obstacle course every time. The instructor was inconsistent in the skills taught, some children were supported in advancing skills and the other children would be asked to repeat what they already knew. She was really nice to my daughter though, we did a make up class once and my three year old asked not to go back to that instructor.
Now we are in Hot Shots and when registering I asked for a recommendation on an instructor based on my daughters personality and we could

This is the most aggressively run gym in the area. They charge too much. The coaches are great but management is horrible.
They charge a lot of tuition above market rates in the area by comparison. The customer desk is not very friendly and mostly incompetent. The best way to describe how this gym runs its operations is aggressive business practices.
1. It means that gym management and especially gym owner uses their/her position of power to limit your freedom of choice such as forcing you to enter into 9 month agreement for team members. I don't know of any other gym that does that.
