Nexus Pool Care uses the finest, commercial quality pool chemicals and equipment to help improve the cleanliness and appearance of your pool. We will remove all debris, brush and skim, test your water and adjust it's chemistry, and maintain /prolong your filter system by back-washing as needed. We will spend the time necessary to keep your pool looking sparkling clean and ready for fun.
If your pool motor or pump has gone out, it's a big project and can be very frustrating to get your pool back in good working order again. Luckily for you, we repair and replace motors all the time. Pool pump technology has improved a lot in the last few years and we recommend upgrading to the new variable speed systems.
Nexus Pool Care specializes in weekly maintenance, but understands the need for emergency professional repair, one-time cleaning, and other specialty services. First, here in the Phoenix Area we have pretty "mineral filled" water, so we need to change out the old water and add fresh water about every 3 years. During the year, the high calcium content in our water mixes with dirt, sunscreen, body oils, etc. This causes a layer or film on the interior of the pool.

After weeks of trying to get a pool company come to my house and give a quote for pool service, Nexus responded and came out right away. The owner looked at my pool, took measurements and came up with a plan for service to begin within a few days. I've had service for 3 weeks now and Chandler comes promptly, spends the entire allotted time and does a thorough job. So far, I am very pleased with this company.

Used Nexus Pool Care for over a year and half on a weekly service basis and never had any problems with my pool. They did a fantastic job and were always proactive with letting me know when gears needed replaced or filters swapped. I thought their service was reasonably priced as well. It would have cost me a lot more to try and maintain it on my own and it'd never be as up to par as it was with them. I'd highly recommend Nexus!

We've been using Nexus pool care for quite a while. I just bought a new home and they helped me get my new pool (which needed some work) up and running perfectly. We have Nexus Pool Care come to our house weekly, and our pool has maintained very nicely. Prior to Nexus we had issues, and mold, but since they took over our pool for us, it's been a great experience! Today we had the tile treatment to clear the white off our tiles, it looks so much better! Our pool looks brand new again! Thank you!

We've been using Nexus Pool Care for about two years. The tech that services our area has always been professional (reliably on time, honest, friendly and willing to take the time to explain things). Repair costs have been reasonable too. As the company goes through some growing pains we hope that we'll continue to receive the same great service in the years ahead!

I've used Nexus for over a year. Was referred to them for a one time start-up for a remodeled pool and ended up keeping them as my pool service company. Very responsive, knowledgeable and fair pricing. I highly recommend Logan and his service team!! My service area is covered by Ryan and he does a great job as well!

I am a fan of Logan and the Nexus Pool Care team. Professional and thorough all of the time. They are not the cheapest, but they are fair priced for their quality service. They not only do pool maintenance, but also pool repairs and give you expert opinions on upgrades or new pool tech.

I absolutely love the service and up-to-date information that Nexus pools gives me every week. I have been trying to get my pool cleaned and ready to go for company for at least 6 months. It wasn't until I called Nexus that they had my pool Crystal Clear with all the algae spots gone within a week and a half. Our service weekly by Ryan Kottcamp has been stellar. This is the first time in the last three pool companies that I've hired, where I feel that they are actually following through on what they say and promise to do. Thanks Nexus!! Nexus Pool Care did a great job on my pool. They provided weekly reports and provided fair opinions on whether something really needed to be replaced or repaired. They always cleaned up after any repairs. When I called for any reason they always picked up and took the time to answer questions I had. My pool looks perfect now and would recommend them to anybody needing pool service. Paying online or through my phone was very easy and convenient.

I thought they did an ok job. I was told they would brush the sides as well as skim the top...the basics. Time and time again we would sit at our window and watch them. Maybe 1 out of every 10 times they would brush the pool. Every now and then they would skim it. I called the owner and he said the brush it every time ...that he as a GPS on every one of there trucks to know how much time was spent at each house. I guess he didn't know they would just go back and sit in their pickup until enough time passed. Also, we asked him if he could set the timer for the cleaner while he was here

Wow... I can't remember ever getting such great service. Hayden is amazing. He is always on time. He is so pleasant and always thorough. I have had so many companies, mostly that spend 5 minutes on our HUGE pool - but this company actually knows what to do, and DOES it... THANK YOU THANK YOU and THANK YOU for all the hard work.

I called Leslie first, their technicians were almost a full week out, not to mention that when you call their (800) number you speak to someone across the country...
