Chris is a personal injury trial lawyer who has practiced law in Arizona since 1992. He graduated from Arizona State University in Tempe in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, and in 1992 from the University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson with his Juris Doctor Degree. He is admitted to practice law in all city, county and state courts in Arizona.
Ben Jemsek is a civil litigation attorney and a graduate of Creighton University Law School and Arizona Trial College. Since 1999, has represented clients from Arizona, California, Illinois, New Mexico, Nebraska, Nevada and the Sultanate of Oman. He has represented a diverse clientele that includes governments, politicians, individuals, children, small businesses and multinational corporations.
David was born and raised in the small steel mill town of Steubenville, Ohio where he lived until the family returned to their hometown of Niagara Falls, NY. He spent his early youth in Western New York where he attended Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y., and graduated in 1984 with dual majors and a bachelor of arts degree in Honors History as well as Honors Political Science.
