Liz Machado is a wonderful and extremely competent realtor. We feel so fortunate to have had her by our side to help navigate the stressful and crazy house selling process for the first time. Liz was recommended to me by a very close friend and now I can't recommend Liz highly enough. I had to sell my mom's property when she passed away. There was a LOT of work to do before we could even put it on the market. Liz was with me every step of the way. She often drove up to the house to work with contractors, junk removal services, cleaners and stagers. She kept in constant contact about all the work being done on the place. Buying a house can be a very stressful time, but I am so glad my husband and I chose Liz as our realtor. From the moment we met Liz we felt at ease and she has a way of helping you with patience through the home buying process. We honestly felt like we had known her forever, it took a few years for us to be fully ready but once we were, we immediately contacted her again and she was ready to go on the hunt with us.
