Selecting the right replacement windows can be challenging. Impact windows and doors are built with a laminated glass which is resistant to high wind pressure, wind-borne debris and forced entry. Glass in windows and doors are often the most vulnerable parts of a homes exterior envelope. During hurricanes it is common for wind-borne debris to penetrate the building envelope through these areas, causing wind pressure inside the building to increase dramatically.
As beautiful as the scenery and culture is in St. Petersburg, some parts of mother nature are a constant threat. And, things can get ugly pretty fast! We recently had our sliders replaced in the lanai. From the first visit with a representative that gave us information as to what was needed and the cost to the installation we are very pleased. During the four days of work Matt and Ricky were friendly, respectful and hard-working. We highly recommend Mister Window. The results are fantastic!

Installers Matt and Ricky did a fantastic job! Super job…very meticulous, and I’m not easy to please! They were very respectful (even gladly took their shoes off going in and out per my request), cleaned up after themselves, reinstalled my blinds that had to be removed, and made as many calls to other teams as was necessary to get answers to my product and scheduling questions (not even their jobs, but accommodated me regardless). Would highly recommend this install crew! Great job!!!

Our project was full replacement -- all the windows in our house. The Mr. Window folks were good at keeping us informed as to the production schedule and very flexible once they did come in to meet our schedule.
Once installation began Mateo, Vaughn, Ryan & Andrew were extremely thorough and efficient, they moved furniture, put it back, cleaned up and were in and out.
They arranged for the final inspection and came back to make sure everything was in order.
No hesitation in recommending these folks -- it was all fantastic!

We just had our Mr Window installation finish today. 15 windows total.
We can't say enough good things about this company and the employees we've worked with. From estimate to installation and follow up, communication was great, everyone was thoroughly professional, polite and friendly.
Special kudos to the installers Justin and Martin. they answered every question we had and followed up on each request we made. They worked at our place for 4 days under very severe conditions-95 to 105 degree heat and high humidity, red tide spores in the air, making it very difficult to breathe. Never heard

Great job from Start to finish, The guys worked really hard, kept my place nice and clean, did a great job, high attention to detail. They replace 7 windows and 1 front door.
My condo is much cooler, the A/C isn't working as hard and doesn't run all day. My neighbors love the work. I shopped around for a while at multiple places, prices were all over the place. These guys were right where they needed to be to get my business, I will be having them replace my sliding glass door next.

I would highly recommend going with someone else for your hurricane windows. Summer of 2020, I purchased PGT windows from Mister Window. We quoted other companies but went with Mister Window due to price and reviews. We are almost in April 2021 and the project is still not completed. When we signed with Mister Window, the windows were on back order for 5 months. Once the windows came in, they installed them quickly. We were very pleased with the crew and how quickly they put in the windows. All the issues came after the windows were installed. We had multiple windows installed that were defective
