Bought a new toy hauler in 2020 and we have nothing but issues with it since. First issue was on our first trip and we couldn't get gas in the tank. We called the dealership immediately and reported it. We were told that we would have to pay to have the tank dropped an inspected. Literally a week after we bought it and they tried to say it wasn't a warranty issue. We've had an electrical issue from the beginning as well. The jacks do not operate the majority of the time leaving it impossible to get the trailer on and off our truck. The trailer has been in to the dealership multiple

Looking for the right trailer is difficult, it has to be right , and you have to be happy with your salesman. I didn't actually buy a trailer here nor have I found the right one yet. After walking around with Jaime R. I really wish this place had the trailer I am looking for, he was very patient with us and answered every question to the best of his knowledge. My wife and recently purchased our first Travel Trailer, needless to say, we had a lot of questions & concerns. John in sales was low pressure sales answering all our questions, Dan the Sales manager got us in and out quick with paperwork. I was most impressed with Carl in the service department. He was patient with me being a rookie and asking lots of questions after our first trip, made me feel at home, and Chrystal (not sure if that’s the correct spelling) in parts was great in helping us pick a starter kit for our trailer, and just down to the earth. Reason why only 3 stars is because I had so many issues with this RV dealership. The Keystone Springdale RV is awesome, no issues with the actual RV. My issues were with the service and sales area. First with the service particularly with the brake controller installer they hire that supposedly has been doing this for 20 years or so. Basically he blew out fuses on my tow vehicle and yanked some wires he wasn't supposed to also. I drove it off the parking lot and the engine would not get out of 1st gear. I almost drove it on the freeway and could have blown my engine or caused an accident.

Bought this 2020 trailer late in 2019 and had issues ever since. There's always something wrong with this trailer and the service Dept takes forever to get things done. Knobs falling off, every time we drive somewhere the floor is covered in sawdust. Not sure why. Last August (2020) my air conditioner kept popping the breaker while I was at one of my races in Buttonwillow CA 105 degrees. Had to call mobile RV service to fix. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this dealer. We had been looking for a new toy hauler for over a year, we finally found one that we absolutely loved! We pulled up the value of our rig, and they pulled up one that was much less (convenient). I do understand trade ins do not get as much money, but we were completely lied to. Trading our rig in for approximately 19k, and then selling it for more than we bought it for, 4 years later, 32k. First off my wife and I went to look at toy haulers and the sales man made us feel uncomfortable, he didn't seem to have the patience to explain our questions since we've never owned a toy hauler. Then he started asking us about our credit, money to put down etc trying to test us to see if we could even afford one. We ended up leaving this place very let down. A week later I find a brand new 2021 toy hauler ( genesis supreme) out of town and buy it. We took our trailer in for the annual inspection and it's been there for 3 weeks since we e heard anything finally got a hold of someone last week and had to followup again this week. Still waiting on parts.

We purchase a 2016 Tiffin Allegro Bus and traded in our Fuzion toy hauler. From the start to the finish even through Covid challenges the staff came through. We worked with Randy. Bummer. Drove 45 minutes down here to see a trailer they had advertised on their website. Called ahead of time, had our pre-approval in hand ready to purchase when they said they accidentally put the trailer for the wrong price on their website. "Somehow" it was 8K cheaper on their website and they said the best they could do is $800 off of the MSRP (no thanks) and Doug wouldn't even come out to talk to us about price after all of that. We will look elsewhere to avoid this happening in the future. Pretty disappointed and such a waste of time.

My partner and I were first time trailer buyers from RV Travel world in Roseville, and we couldn't reccommend it more! Having no luck finding a correct part online for our trailer I took a chance per reviews and made the drive to RV Travel World. Was greeted immediately by a nice guy by the name of Luis "parts specialist". Not only was he willing to look at all the stuff I brought to help figure out what I needed but he had what I needed and more in stock and took great care explaining what I needed to do to install it. Definitely a "parts specialist" in my eyes.

We wanted a Keystone bunkhouse after extensive research. We called several dealers, but nobody had anything on-site. During our cross country trip on our southbound route from Washington to Virginia we had the unfortunate dilemma of needing new camper batteries. After calling around to about 5 different places, some out of stock and some with outrageous prices, we were directed to Rv Travel World, and thank goodness we were! We had service work done from them. On the surface they seem nice and helpful. They worked with a manager from our 5th wheel manufacturer. We had 37 issues (we did not buy our trailer from them) and they said they fixed the issues.
They had it for over 2 months.
Some of the stuff got fixed, they replaced our slide roofs and that looks nice, but we still have a lot of the same problems.
For example, we had a leak at the back of our toilet (clean water) so they replaced our entire toilet bowl with one that doesn't line up correctly, comes loose, lets water dripping build up underneath it

Such and amazing service department. The entire process was so simple and way that I will for sure be buying my next trailer from them. They are knowledgeable and extremely experienced and friendly.
