We call our Personal Trainers "Fitness Specialists", and there's a good reason for that! CoreFit is about complete fitness, and not just training. Our Personal Trainers are knowledgeable in the best fitness techniques, the most up to date nutrition information, and everything it takes for you to reach your goals!

Maybe it's a personal goal, New Years resolution, or you are looking to get fit for better health. Whatever your reason is.you're on the right track! This is where Trainer Rod comes in. Having a good trainer is like finding the easy button to achieving better health, which makes the journey fun and rewarding.
Rod Dowdell has passion - lots of it - for a lot of things! Before founding CoreFit Fitness, he hadn't found his TRUE passion. That sent him on a journey of discovery. On the road to fulfilling his vision for a unique approach to personal training, he explored many things, including law enforcement, criminal justice, medicine and other possibilities.
I don't have any cardio equipment at home, so how can you train my cardiovascular system?. Cardiovascular conditioning is recommended at least five days per week for twenty or more minutes (more for fat reduction). Musculoskeletal conditioning for the muscles, bones, and joints should take place at least twice per week for each major muscle group.
How's that cube treating you? Tired of having to live around your job instead of working your job around your life? Would you like to wear a mullet wig and pretend you're Fabio in front of an industrial sized fan? I bet your floor manager won't appreciate your sweet dance moves, and you know what, that's his problem.
Our In-home training program has all the benefits of our awesome studio fitness program. You can expect the same quality and commitment of our customized fitness and nutrition programs, with the added benefit of a Fitness Specialist coming to work with you in the privacy of your own home. Personal Trainers are hired for many reasons.

First and foremost, I would like to give a shout out to Rod :)
So far my experience at CoreFit has been awesome! I love that they have early morning classes available. It gives me the opportunity to get my workout in before work. The environment is great. Classes typically average about 6 or 8 people. Nice size for a group workout, but still small enough for individual attention. There are a good variety of exercises, plus there are 3 trainers that rotate each morning. Keep up the great work guys!

I have been to a lot of gyms, and CoreFit is hands down the best workout around! Doesn't matter what age group you are in or what activity level you are at. The trainers are all well educated and extremely motivational, working with you to meet you at the level you come in at and helping you exceed what you believe you are capable of. Every class that you attend is different, ensuring you don't get bored and that you maximize results. Started off as a groupon deal but I am definitely hooked! Love CoreFit!!!

I'm 55, mother of three children and three grand kids. I started Boot Camp on Tuesday. I was so tried all I wanted to do was work and sleep. When I got there Tuesday and saw what we were going to do I wanted to slip out the door quietly. I hadn't exercised in who knows when! I decided to stay and I am so glad I did. Everyone was great. The members there treated me like family. The work out was fun and they kept me motivated! I did not quit! Went back yesterday and did it again. No day is the same. I feel great! No more coming home and sleeping. I've got energy. I came home and cleaned my house

I have been training at CoreFit for the last 6 months. It has been an excellent experience. As a former athlete and martial arts instructor my standards are very high. CoreFit has been able to meet or exceed them all. From great equipment to great people, you just can't top the CoreFit experience. It's big enough to have everything you need, but small enough to still feel very personal. Whether you are an athlete looking to tweak a particular area or you're just starting out in fitness the family friendly atmosphere at CoreFit won't let you down.

CoreFit Fitness is a great gym with great staff. The workouts are intense but fun. The staff makes your experience enjoyable. I look forward to every workout (especially the boxing). I have seen great results and can't wait for my next month. I highly encourage you to come check it out. You won't be disappointed!

Went to CoreFit for the first time and I was very impressed! Not only was there all the equipment that you could need to get a great workout but the staff there was very friendly and enthusiastic. Being in a group setting made working out there fun and very energetic. Class moved at a good pace and provided good modification options based on skill level. Each circuit the trainers were very attentive to form and were able to answer any and all questions. I felt extremely motivated to push myself! I definitely cannot wait to get back to CoreFit :)

If you want a great workout that challenges you beyond your routine this is the place. Rod is my personal trainer. He provides a professional, fun experience tailored to your specific needs. I never leave unsatisfied. A great way to spend an hour. Flexibility is also important for my schedule which is never a problem with Rod. He is available enough to accommodate my crazy work schedule and family life!

Corefit is very inviting, friendly community between the trainer and the clients. They have ropes, kettle bells, weights, rowing machine, climber, medicine balls, pretty much everything you can think of. Trainer Kevin is very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. He truly cares about getting you healthy and has knowledge about diet and overall health that is a valuable pairing with the physical workouts he provides. Kevin is constantly providing new perspectives on how to look at both fitness and how you're living your life. Workouts can be hard, but never grueling. Kevin is also very flexible with

I started working out with Trainer Rod to get ready for my upcoming wedding and honeymoon. Rod is continuously encouraging me to keep going and reminding me of the ultimate goal. He is very dedicated to his work and truly loves what he does. I feel better about myself already and am feeling stronger and more fit. I would definitely recommend Rod to anyone who is looking to feel better about themselves and have a trainer who will make them work hard.
