I called the property place looking for a 4 bdrm house and stated my name which is Equanna and they stated eguina like the fish and I said no. Then whoever answer the phone stated that they was pretty close to pronounce my name correctly and I stated no you was far from it

They take your money, don't properly fix things on the property. The City was called in and cited several violations such as a Leaking roof, kitchen floor rotting, back door not weather tight, gutters in despair ! Four months in this house and we're talking possible mold !! Completely unprofessional and greedy. They will rent you a property and sell it, wanting to schedule random viewings sending random strangers to your door.

Absolutely worst place to rent from. They only care about the new people coming in & have no regard for anyone else already living in their complex. They did NOT clean our apartment upon moving in like promised, I don’t even want to go into detail on how gross it was. No one had stepped foot in here for MONTHS. HOWEVER, for the last few days they have been deep cleaning our new neighbors apartment so they can move in??? & then they move a loud family of 4 above a quiet couple when there are two other apartments in the building?????? A FAMILY ON THE TOP FLOOR ARE YOU SERIOUS?
