Our goal is to provide reasonably priced housing along with great customer service. We are a second generation family run business that has worked for thirty years to build a reputation based on these two core values. When renting from us, you not only receive a great place to live, but will also benefit from a results oriented service experience.
A: You must meet the income requirement of 3 times the monthly rent for any apartment you're applying for. If you fail a background check or have had an eviction recently, you will not qualify. If you have no rental history, we highly recommend you find someone to be a roommate or co-signer as you search for your first apartment.

This is Susan. I lived at Morrison apartments on Canedy for 4 years. I loved the 40s look. The rooms and closets are very spacious. Management is very prompt in fixing any problems that arise. Everyone is so nice, and they care about the renter's needs. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I rented from Morrison Properties for 7 years and they were always professional and quick to fix issues (within a day or two usually). The apartment was clean and well maintained. It was actually hard to leave. I would recommend them any day.

My husband and I have lived here for five years. We have nothing but great things to say about both our home, our neighbors and the owners. Very responsive, very professional and best of all very kind and professional. A real asset to our community!!! We are retired and if you’re looking for a long term place to relax and make a home, THIS is it!!!

I have lived here for almost 3 years and by far it has been the best experience I have had. The landlord is always very quick on the job to get things fixed or replaced. I have never had to wait for any repairs. His rentals are very up to date and move in quality. I would highly recommend Morrison Properties to anyone looking for a nice reasonable place to live.

Full disclosure first, I have been the office manager for Morrison Properties for the last 6 months, but I rented from them for a full year before then and have had about 7 landlords in my lifetime. One of the best advantages of renting from Morrison Properties has been their responsive maintenance team and the conditions of the apartments themselves. Downtown location, presentable condition, and affordable price were my deciding factors like many tenants. My first unit was a basement apartment in 2013-2014 which had an issue with Springtime flooding. To their credit, maintenance was on top of

I had called several weeks ago and spoke tl Leza. She was ver informative and was polite and helpful. So i call back a week or so later and ask for Leza. They tell me that she didn't work for them anymore. I spoke with the girl that answered the phone and she kmew nothing and was unable to answer most of my questions. They should have tried to keep the girl i talked to in the beginning. They lost my business because new girl was so incompetent.

These are nice, personable, and trustworthy people. Leza and Seth are both very responsive and attentive to tenants' needs, and they have created a safe and respectful environment of in the little downtown apartment complex we lived in. Leza is a good friend of my next door neighbor and stops by once a week; Seth is always working around the neighborhood. My friend rented in another apartment complex and had an equally positive experience. They are very fair and straightforward with the deposit-- zero hidden schemes , plus a little kindness to go with it. They also have some power to make decisions

My wife and I have rented a unit from Morrison Properties, LLC, located at 400 E Canedy Street in Springfield from January of 2013 through March of 2017. We have had nothing but professional, friendly, and accommodating service from this company. We only moved because we located a property of our own that we were able to purchase. Our experience has been excellent, any repairs needed were provided swiftly and without any hassle. I highly recommend Morrison Properties, LLC to anyone who is seeking to rent in the area.
