Just steps from the beach & Imperial beach pier, amazing service. Lots of options for food. Rooms are incredible with plenty of space to walk around outside - you have to come experience the magic

Great location, very walkable. Was quiet, affordable and comfortable. Check in was super convenient, the only interaction I had w staff was a "good morning" when they were cleaning the other rooms. Check out was a breeze. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend

Two steps from the beach. This beach location is quite and nice. Local drinks and subway... everything is close by to you. This place is super convenient and nice. Staff is great as well.

It is not nice like the pictures! The room is so small and the floor is so dirty. We could not sleep because the people next room couging all night and the wall is so thin that you can hear others from next room. There is no air conditioning. It is not beach view like advertised. It is parking lot view . And cigarette smell. We paid for $185/night for a uncomfortable ,place. That we hurried to pack and leave early in the following morning. Dont let the picutres scam you like we did.

Great location! Exactly what I expected from reviews. Simple room that did it's job for our stay. Remember no AC so be mindful of the time of year you book. Will definitely stay there again. They do charge for parking but at least you're not fighting for a spot on street.

I love this place ... the only thing this time the internet didn't work almost the whole time we were there and we stayed 5 days and were told at 3 days they would clean and give us new towels which they did not. We even left the "service our room" sign on our door... and nothing. When we called for new towels they brought them right away tho. The only other thing is the power went out twice. Other than that o love this place and how close it is to the beach. The staff is amazing!!! Thanks again... I've stayed here 4 times in the last 5 years.

First and foremost, I must warn you about A/C...there is none, it's just a pedestal fan and you leave the windows open at night..which is okay, you will get people time and again who like to hang out on the grassy part in between the two buildings. It's a great location, close to the beach and a short distance from the pier. Rooms are a little small and the pictures on here are misleading. The bathroom is small for bigger people, let's just say it's like a sardine can to sit on the toilet. 4 people in one room and luggage is pretty hard, there is a small closet though but a tight squeeze to get

Rather affordable and you get a bang for your buck. The junior suite is very spacious in enough to sleep three adults comfortably. It's got an ocean view from the room and you are approximately 50 yards from the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel.

Great GREAT locations, just a few steps away from the beach. Parking is not included nor is breakfast but there is an option to pay for on-sight parking and as food goes there are plenty of options. You can also grab some items for the two nearby spirit stores and cook in the kitchen with the materials provided ( if you chose an apartment room). Staff was awesome! Very friendly and helpful!
