Not so often after visiting a doctor, we can confidently say - yes, this is my doctor. I can say that about Gary Beyer. He is a high professional who knows perfectly what to do. I also want to note his attentiveness to the patient and ability to explain in detail and simply what needs to be done and why. He sees and offers to solve the whole problem, and not just a part of it. I trust him. I highly recommend Dr. Gary Beyer and believe that NextGen Dental & Orthodontics

NextGen Dental & Orthodontics located at 201 E Strong St Suite 4 Wheeling, IL 60090 is absolutely the worst dental place I have ever been!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
They have zero Covid precautions. No one is wearing masks there. No one cares.
They don’t have separate offices, so every patient is sitting next to each other in a very small space. You will be hearing and almost feel the other patients sitting right next to you.
The whole place is incredibly disgusting. They don’t follow any hygiene procedures required. I’m not even convinced that they wash their hands.

So my grandmother went here to get a cleaning and they treated her so badly. I never took her back because I felt like there was a lack of humanity at this place. The way they treated her, I felt pain watching her in that chair while the dental hygienist treated her teeth in such a terrible manner. This place is actually terrible. Very unprofessional doctors and very unprofessional dental hygienist. My mom went there and said that her experience was average. The cleaning itself was good but the dentist made uncomfortable comments towards her ethnicity and although they did not seem ill-intentioned it still was unacceptable. A relatively good experience, but would definitely recommend that they become more conscious about the different customers they service.

I am very scared of the dentist. My teeth needed quite a bit of work done. I hesitated to get it done due to past negative experiences. I went ahead and called NextGen Dental&Orthodontics office and receptionist spoke to me over 35 minutes regarding my teeth, my concerns and any questions I had. I never had a dental office ease my anxiety just from… a phone call the way receptionist did. Then I made an appointment with Dr. Gary Beyer.

1. Reschedule appointment a week from consultation, because of retrieve specialist was not available. Nextgen promised the presence of this specialist when I have scheduled this appointment.
2. Paid a deposit in order to reschedule.
3. The dental assistants called… me ”stupid” right in my face and in front of other customers.
4. I have a hard time getting my deposit back.
The only star that I am leaving for the professionality and courtesy of the doctor who did a consultation.

Highly recommend!! Had a terrible!, painful wisdom tooth! Came in nervous this morning not knowing what to expect! However Dr. Beyer and his staff did a Miracle by making me feel comfortable and professionally extracting my Tooth, same day! Despite my insurance, I had the best treatment ever!
