My pedicure was a very relaxing experience. I came to this facility from out of town for my bday. If anyone else is in the area, I highly recommend this place! ♥️ The man who did my pedicure was very kind and thorough. My toe nails looked amazing when he was done. I hope to go back sometime when I am in the area!

Lan was exceptionally great while doing my toes and nails! She showed expert skills while taking off my old acrylics, she was very quick and painless! By far the best cuticle work I've seen in a nail tech! She was helping customers back to back today and showed no signs of fatigue. Phenomenal work Lan! I will be there regularly from now on because of her hard work! Thank you! 10/10

I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never had such a terrible job as when I just tried this place. The entire experience was super awkward and they did a terrible job on my nails. The entire time I just remember thinking I should just say never mind and stand up and leave - advice I should have listened to. The "massage" was just her using no lotion and pulling hair out of leg. The "exfoliant" was some dry paste she was trying to re-use or something and looked like it was 10 years old. She keep trying to sprinkle water on my arm to make it workable

Positives: The ladies that performed my service were very nice and welcoming. They were also gentle. Pedicures are often painful for me but this one was quite comfortable. The service was completed efficiently in the expected amount of time.
Negatives: The salon is not as clean as some others I have patronized. In addition, I found the application of the nail polish on my fingers to be somewhat clumpy and not well-executed. My service began at 4:30 pm and by 10 pm, the entire polish from one finger just lifted off. I had no idea until I saw it the sheet of polish on the floor of my bedroom

Really awful experience... And SO overpriced for what it was, too. I'd been here before but maybe the ownership has changed or something because this was a nightmare... held hostage in the chairs for THREE HOURS omg and no massage was included either... The worst part is the final product was not even worth the wait (sloppy rushed full set with gel) , and the supervisor we spoke to about our complaints was completely unfazed to the point of being rude, nearly laughing at us for voicing our laments as we checked out. Super disappointed.

LITERALLY EMBARRASSING . They make fake reviews just so people will come. Me and my friend came in and literally had the worst experience. We’re not the only ones. As soon as we got there was a lady yelling and complaining about how bad they messed up her nails. I shoulda took that as a hint but tried them out anyways. Worst idea ever. Paid over 100 bucks and ended up with sloppy nails and over 3 bloody cuts

Worst nail experience ever. I will never go back. I made an appointment for me and my friend. We arrived and had to wait a little which was fine. Then I was able to get started but then they didn't start my friend for another hour. We had one girl switch off between our manicures and pedicures. We were there for three hours. The worst part was that the guy, Terry, who was greeting people told new customers that he could take them. Three people left because the wait was longer then promised. The girls were back to back with people with no breaks. This is not a honest business and I do not recommend

WORST EXPERIENCE. I shoulda known when I walked in a lady was asking for full refund and cussing the guy out. I just thought she was crazy but now I know the frustration. Let's start off by saying that I was in there for over 3 hours to end up with these nails.. I came in for a mani and pedi and They took someone that came in after me that didn't even have an appointment and made me wait u til they were done with there nails even though I was there first . I had to tell the guy to fix my nails many times, and even when he did they were still messed up and he just kept telling me to put

EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: this man is very rude. Honoring appointment times that YOU set and prices YOU advertise should be basic requirement at every salon. Not to mention how dirty the tools and work areas are.

They Upcharged me...The appointment was for 6 but they made me wait and hour before seating me. However, despite the lack of time management the nails are one of the best I have ever had. I called the place three times to discuss the poor quality in lieu of this post - not one return call! I even called on Terry"s personal cell phone left messages! You didn't call me back so here is your review! Worst experience! Worst customer service! Not greeted or welcome directed to wash my hands at the sink yet no towels to dry hands, directed to sit down on an unclean chair! The person doing my pedicure was so busy Inteacting and listening to other staff working she didn't respond when I pulled my foot away due to pain and drawing blood! I came in today for a full set of acrylic nails, it was also my first time ever coming in. Hesitant from the one star Yelp reviews, I decided why not just give it a chance? Im so so grateful I did! Read further if you're on the fence like I was...
I called the nail salon and was pleasantly greeted with a warm welcome within 3 rings.
The man on the phone was communicative, friendly, and professional. He also gave me an estimate of how long and how much my service would cost - so that was nice to know if you're like me and like to be prepared.

My friends and I went in and the staff was amazingly accommodating even when it was busy! I’ve gone to many nail salons and I can say with confidence Unique Nails provided the best service by far and AMAZING nail art. They worked on my nails well after closing and typically nail salons will rush to finish up but Terry continued his work and created the best work I’ve seen by far. Terry and Lan are amazing acrylic nail artists and the entire staff was so kind and sweet. I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family and I look forward to coming back soon. Thanks again for the beautiful

DISRESPECTFUL! WORST EXPERIENCE IN A NAIL SALON UNTIL NOW.
2nd time I went to this place. I made an appointment for 1:30, when I got there Terry was busy and he said to start with pedicure first. When I finished he said I would have to do with someone else. After 1:10 hour waiting to get my fill done. He had my number and he also could tell when I arrived that he could not do my fill but he didn't. He said he did not know I would like to do with him. Well... it's very confusing! Because first time I went there to get a fill I was told that terry only works in afternoon and by appointment

Terry did an excellent job on my full set dip.
He did a great job shaping my nails (something I'm super picky about).
Lots of colors to choose from, too!
The only downside is there weren't many techs, so anyone requesting an appointment would have to wait.
I might of gotten lucky walking in and getting served right away!
