This salon does not live up to its name at all! For starters my pedicurist was rushing since they were short staffed and she ended up cutting my toe! All she could say was sorry but what am I supposed to do with that? My toe hurt so bad and was bleeding a lot. When it came down to paying all the workers were talking about how she cut me and they didn't even offer me a discount. I paid full price for the service but did not tip. Very unprofessional. I have been to this salon almost 4 times. Worst experience ever!! The owner is so distracted by everything it took her 3 hours to do a pink and white fill which should take 1 hour!!! I gave them a second chance. I had an appointment made by the owner at 9:00 this morning 3 weeks ago. I showed up and there and there and there was no one there.. I went back at 9:30 still dark. I left a message to call me on their phone and no one returned my call. I do not recommend this place!!!

I am sad to be writing this review because I have been using Klassy Nails for years. I got a manicure and pedicure in May 2021. I called to make an appointment. I asked them for their availability they responded with they were open and when do I want to come in. I gave them a time and they said come in 30 minutes before the time I gave and when I mentioned I couldn’t make that time they stated 15 minutes later. I said I still wouldn’t be able to make that time. They said my original time was fine. I arrived and only two people were there and they had just began working in someone else. I waited

I had a manicure and a pedicure done My hands never got presoaked she only used the machine to remove my cuticle Which was not enough, I even requested her to remove more cuticle In my hands look like they only got my nails painted, I will not recommend this place to anyone. Nor I will ever go there again.

The staff is very pushy and the services are mediocre! My manicurist never presoaked my hands for a manicure she only use the machine. I had to request for her to remove more cuticle. AND STILL NEVER USED WATER. I had a nail dip treatment. It was very bulky it started to chip of the next day.
I will never go to this nail salon ever again! NOR recommend this place to anyone.

I went in there to get a regular manicure and mentioned that I was going on a vacation so they offered me their new powder gel manicure saying it would last longer than the regular gel that I always get and it would be worth the price since I had a vacation coming up. IT DID NOT LAST LONG AT ALL. The first day of vacation they started coming off and chipping on the sides. It was the worst manicure I've ever gotten and on top off that, I got ripped off. It costed almost more than what I usually pay for a regular gel. Worst ever and never coming back.

I tried this place because my usual salon closed. I had the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! The entire pedicure took less than 30 minutes! She barely cleaned around the nails and cuticles, the foot/leg massage was minimal and she didn’t use a hot towel to get rid of the grease on my legs. She barely attempted to remove the callouses under my feet and the paint job was messy. Even my husband noticed that the job looked unprofessional! I felt extremely dissatisfied with the price I paid and the service. My manicurist did not pay careful attention and did a subpar job with my cuticles. She cut too much on one finger bc she was not even looking and didn't trim my cuticle evenly on my other fingers. You can see little bits of skin around my nail because the technician trimmed my skin and not just the cuticle. The file job was similar - uneven and after asking twice, I just did it myself. She wasn't happy with my request. She also didn't properly remove my gel bc instead of leaving it soaked in the foil for a little

I have never been so upset to leave a nail salon!! I have been growing out my nails using SNS for the last 6 months. The before picture is my natural nails. One cracked and broke, so I needed to do something about it as we were going camping the next morning. The girl I saw insisted I let her fix my broken nail (for free) because my natural nails were so beautiful and long. Ok, fine. She started taking off the duo powder and every was fine. Still coming here years later. The owner is great. Facility is always well maintained and clean. All of the ladies are nicely dressed and attentive.
Lots of colors to choose from. I come every 6 weeks without an appointment and always get seated within 15 mins or less!!! I love they are also open late!!!

For a spa pedicure it took her less than 15 minutes...once she realized I was not going to do my nail fill.... I don't think in 45 years I've ever had a worse pedicure she cut the skin on my toe and easily recognizable when fortunately the alcohol she poured on my toes burnt. Wouldn't recommend klassy and would caution you to the salon ...no sanitary bag was used and she used a scrubbing utensil for my heels that had obviously been used before me. Which I objected to with no results ...apparently she didn't speak English until it came to telling me the price of the pedicure.

I really wanted to like this place as my technician Kim was really nice and accommodating but the manicure itself didn't turn out the best. She had to put three coats on due to the sheer color to ensure even coverage but you could tell towards a few of my cuticles that it didn't properly set.
And, while I was the first one there on a Saturday morning to get a mani/pedi, there were a handful of people who came in with appointments and had to wait quite some time because the rest of the staff wasn't there. When they did come in late, they seemed nonchalant about it. Not sure who

I was in search of an inexpensive nail salon for acrylic fills. Found this place and thought it would work our nice. Inside the salon is very nice... clean and put together. So the first two times I go in for fills (got the set somewhere else) were ok. No complaints. The third time today I go in for a fill.... WOW! First off Christine manhandled me aggressively and then she cuts my acrylics too short. She gave me some excuse that the nails were lifting and need the acrylic needs to line up with the nails.
