I locked myself out of my apartment and chose to call The Professional Locksmith. Not only was the phone rep kind and helpful, but the locksmith that came was incredible. José went to great lengths to help figure out the best solution for my specific problem. I was pretty worried about the cost, but he assured me that he was doing the most affordable job that he could offer. He truly went out of his way to make me feel at ease about the situation and I am grateful to have this experience with The Professional Locksmith. What a great company! I called The Professional Locksmith when I moved into my house to change the locks and Joseph did a great job. I went from 4 keys to 1! Then about 8 months later I changed my deadbolts and handles so Joseph came back to match them up and even went above and beyond to adjust my storm door! Now my storm door gently closes on its own and I feel safe with my new locks. I highly recommend this company and Joseph!

Robert was excellent! Very professional, efficient and kind. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, explaining everything that was wrong with our locks and what he was going to do to fix each of them. I originally contacted The Professional Locksmith because I had just booked moving services with their related business, The Professionals Movers. I had a fantastic experience with the movers and I was not at all disappointed by the locksmith. I requested a quote with the email contact form on their website (not through Yelp) for rekeying 4 locks on a condo I was in the process of purchasing. I asked for prices and whether they had appointments available two weeks later for the day after I moved in. I had a couple of minor communication delays with the email back-and-forth to make the appointment

Hugo was really nice to me. I was feeling down when he first arrived but he made me smile the whole time he was programming my key. he made sure my key started my car and opened my trunk before he left. he also ask if I had any questions after he finished so I really truly appreciate him. thanks again Hugo and may God continue to bless you.

Today it is -20 degrees before windchill. I went to take my dog outside and the moment I heard the door latch behind me I realized my keys were just inside the door sitting on the entertainment center. Luckily one of my neighbors was passing by and let me call a locksmith on his phone. 20 minutes later Josh showed up in his clearly marked van with an arm full of tools! 2 minutes later he had popped open the door without causing any damage.

Needed to get a couple keys duplicated on a Sunday so we looked for the closest locksmith that was open and found this place. As soon as we opened the door, someone stepped out to help us out.
In a matter of 5 minutes, we had our new keys and we were out! We were even offered water while we waited. This was as good as it gets. I would for sure go back.

I can not tell you how quick and easy and friendly this whole process was. Well, not the being locked out of the apartment part, but everything after calling The Professional Locksmith.
We were locked out of the apartment on a Saturday night and called a cheap locksmith. He took about 2 hours to reach (after promising to reach in 20 minutes) and then tried to get us in for about 40 minutes with no luck (how shocking, should have guessed this from the low pricing, no guarantee policy, and his lack of any professional attire, unless you call saggy jeans and exposed boxers professional attire).
