Angelo was outstanding. I wanted a single key for my house. One of my locks needed to be a different type to allow this. He made recommendations and went to the store to make it happen. Four locks were done, quickly and quietly. I was on conference calls the whole time he was here and nobody could tell he was here. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Sometimes you need to phone in the professionals, this was one of those times. I needed to have the striker replaced and door banged out for my garage. He managed to save me money by saving my lock. His prices are super affordable and he is really professional. This guy knows exactly what he is doing because I was lost. The door and lock works like a dream now!

He never tried to upsell me, provided helpful feedback about the quality of our existing locks, and the one new lock he installed looks nicer and is easier to use. Would highly recommend.

I have called Angelo two days this week for two different issues at my rental property. Both times he has come out same day and fixed the issues quickly. He even took the time to show me how to fix one of them myself should it happen again with another door. Wonderful, friendly service and reasonable pricing. I was so pleased with Northside Locksmith service ! He answered the call on the second ring ! He was informative, gave me a quote after I sent pictures of the door that needed the lock installed. Angelo was awesome!!! I had never used a locksmith before and needed to have a whole house re-keyed. He explained everything over the phone, so I understood everything that actually needed to be done and made suggestions about what would work best on different doors. Not only was Northside Locksmith the most knowledgeable and helpful, but they were priced the best, too. I talked with and checked pricing with three different locksmiths prior to scheduling an appointment. Definitely store this company's number in your phone!!!

Great service and a reasonable price, especially considering it was Saturday. . We were trying to change out an old mortise double lock and managed to lock it and didn't have a key for the second lock. Angelo called when he was on his way, opened it quickly and added a new deadbolt . All in all , the most painless locksmith service that I have ever experienced. Definitely give him a call because he also actually answers the phone, so you are not going through a service.
