My mom was downsizing and trying to get into a maintenance free house. Steve was recommended and he was a godsend. He helped my mom in every aspect of buying her new house and selling her old one. Steve exceeded my expectations guiding us through the emotional strain of buying and selling. What stood out most to me was his thoroughness while assessing the home - he didn't walk in and show me the granite counter tops, he went straight to the basement to understand how the home was constructed.
