The customer service from the owner , office and employees was amazing.
We needed to clear out our parents home after they both passed away. The office was compassionate and understanding of the situation and timing. She also walked us through where the good stuff would go and how they donate to charities.
The day of the removal came with a great team, very friendly and practicing Covid protocol. They also were also careful about the belongings and wall/ floors while moving things.
It took over 4 trucks and we still were not done , so they came back the next day (Sunday) without hesitation

Overall great service! They were very prompt in responding to my email inquiry and arrived within hours to pick up. Steven and Stormy were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. They were both very respectful and cognizant of the space in my apartment while moving the old AC unit and nothing was scratched or touched. I appreciate how easy and convenient this process was and will definitely use them again in the future!

Fantastic service! After the first company I called decided they could not safely handle removal of a very heavy desk and hutch set, I reached out through the website to Junk On Junk Off. They responded within 30 minutes, and had a 3 person crew at my home 2 hours later. Job done in less than 30 minutes - complicated and with no scratches or damage. Highly recommend them!

We had a bunch of junk to get rid of and Junk On Junk Off was so easy! I was able to text the number, and get an appointment time. The guys showed up on time, loaded everything up, and gave me an estimate for the price. I was able to call in my credit card number - overall this was extremely easy and convenient! Maybe took 15 minutes total. I would definitely recommend!

Well, I used them first time because they gave me a nice price -$350+tax as I only had half a truck of some shelving, cabinets, and drywall that I took out in mt house. So a few weeks later, when I had some more about the same volume and same stuff, I called them to come get it again. But this time price was quoted $900+ tax. A guy that gave me the price said he is the owner of the company, and had another guy, who collected junk before. Owner said that guy made a mistake. We did not agree on the price and they left. I called somebody else who were able to take it for less than a grand as this

These guys are awesome. I needed to get rid of a box spring and bed frame on short notice and sent them an online message around 5:40 pm, not expecting to hear anything until the next morning (especially with all the snow). Less than 10 minutes later I got an email that said they'd be there to grab everything by 6! Can't believe how prompt, efficient, and accommodating they were. Highly recommend.

Steve and his team were just awesome! I had a tonne of cardboard boxes and packaging material from having just moved into our new place. It was a lot and I couldn't flatten them much either due to the packing material! But Steve showed up on time and was able to clear it super quickly and efficiently. He was more than fair with the pricing too, and went the extra mile to pick up the additional garbage we had in the garage from the move. The online booking is super easy to use and they have great response times. They said they would be here between 8-9am and boom at 8:30 I got the call that they were outside. I appreciate the service cause I had a couch I needed rid off and didn't have the muscle to move it, so they made that super easy for me. Thanks guys! I'd use you again if I ever had any junk to get rid of.

So glad I chose these guys. No dilly dally, they came in quickly, evaluated what needed to go, then got both couches out and loaded in about 10 minutes. The price was very fair, compared to everyone else a great deal! Trust me I "shopped" around. I will be bringing all business to Junk on Junk off. I highly recommend.

I called around last weekend to find someone to haul away a sectional that was past it's prime. The first few companies I reached either wanted far more than I was willing to pay or hours that didn't work with my schedule. After a bit of research on Yelp, I stumbled across Junk On Junk Off.
