Had a great experience with Eren and Hector, who hauled away carpet that I had to scrap due to our flooded basement. They gave me a call 20min before arrival, and were quick to load the items I noted. Eren even suggested that they take away another piece of junk he spotted that I forgot about. Way better than going to the dump myself! Would use again.

I contacted Seattle Rubbish Removal to remove an old, large upright piano and some various... um... rubbish from around our house while we had them by (some large piles of sodden leaves that we failed to dispose of ourselves from during the fall, as well as a bunch of cardboard that was too much for normal city recycling).
The team (Eren and Errol) were prompt, super fast, efficient, courteous, and respectful of the property. Didn't get a chance to capture before/after photos [they were that fast :)] but site was left clean and tidy. Great service.

I took over a commercial property where tenants had been dumping garbage for years, and originally hired a more heavily advertised service that had convenient online scheduling and optimistic availability. Their crews only showed up about half the time they were scheduled, and left early with partial truckloads when unsupervised.
SRR sent an estimator and one truck, which the same day grew to three trucks and a crew of eight, and left the property "rake clean". The cost was very competitive.

They made a potentially grueling task really easy. on the initial call, they explained how it worked and everything that would happen on pickup day. My appointment was scheduled within a few days of my first call. Damien and Omar called when they were ten minutes away (early in the appointment window), arrived when promised, and had the job taken care of within an hour (would have been much quicker but they had to remove a door and partially disassemble a couch to get it out). They were friendly, efficient, and professional. The whole experience was smooth and easy, and I could not be happier

The few times we've had to call for help removing things, Seattle Rubbish has been simply amazing. Every single employee is incredibly kind and simply fantastic to work with. We did our 2nd giant load (this time a full truck) from a home we are having to clean out and they worked incredibly efficient. I've felt so cared for, reassured that our stuff is not the worst they've seen (likely said to everyone, but still)... we are simply amazed. This last time we had Chris and Austin. They called 15 min before arrival, walked through everything, and went to town. Beyond grateful.

Alex and Omar came and picked up our old couch yesterday and they were quick, efficient and good conversationalists. They called me to see if it was alright if they came earlier than scheduled, which worked out even better for me as I work from home and was able to clock out for my lunch when they arrived (I was getting hungry lol). They showed up in the time frame I booked and called 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. August and Damian were professional, friendly and made quick work of it. Very upfront and honest in their quotes, no bait and switch, reasonable rates, super fast, easy to schedule, friendly customer service, they set an arrival window and then provide a courtesy call when they're on their way, they do fantastc work. After contacting multiple junk removal companies and not receiving a response, I chose Seattle Rubbish Removal. They responded super fast via Yelp, and gave me a quote that was fairly accurate to the final price. What a great job! John and Tyren were punctual, friendly and professional. They left the space cleaner than expected. It was not an easy pile of rubbish to handle. Lots of small pieces and others ultra heavy, a lot of concrete. They worked quickly, but safely.

Rubbish removal is the last thing you want to spend your money on. It's definitely not cheap but when it's all said and done, it is so worth it especially if you go with a reputable company like Seattle Rubbish Removal. From the initial call to make the appointment to the day of service, the whole process was easy and went smoothly. Eren and John, who came to pick up all the items I wanted to get rid of, were a good team. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were very professional the whole time. I wish I planned better to have more cash on hand to tip them better!

I had never previously rented a dumpster, but Seattle Rubbish Removal had both the best ratings and prices (received quotes from about 4 different companies in the Seattle area). The process was seamless and am very happy to have gone with them. While it was a pretty simple (drop-off and pick-up), I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them with future business.

We are in the middle of a remodel and took me months to demo our basement and bathroom down to studs. Seattle Rubbish Removal did a fantastic job removing all the stuff I piled up in the back yard! Dan, Earl, and Dwight removed this monster pile over two days with the only access being a standard sized gate in our fence. These guys were super fast, efficient, and friendly! Will use them for all my rubbish removal needs from now on!

I had a pretty gnarly basement I needed cleared out. In addition to all manner of old boxes of junk, there were a couple built-in shelves and cabinets. Cruz called when they were on their way, and once arrived, he and Travis made quick work of the job, removing not only the loose boxes and bins, but also the shelves and cabinet pieces! They even swept the floor afterward.
