I'm a new customer. Called at 11:30 for an appointment because our AC wasn't blowing cold air. I have asthma, and they were able to squeeze me in same day. They were actually here about an hour later. It was fixed and running within about 15 minutes. Very nice tech, very polite and informative. I recommend 100 percent.
