I usually don’t leave reviews, but Greg did a phenomenal job!! The report he gave me was very descriptive and also had imaging. This is my first time purchasing a home and he made me feel very secure about my decision. He definitely went over and beyond. If you’re looking for someone to get the job done the CORRECT way, Greg is for sure the man for the job! I highly recommend.

Called Greg to inspect a property we had an accepted offer on. He was able to meet us there within 72 hours and spent two and a half hours going through every little detail of the home. From structural, electrical, HVAC, and everything else related to our questions about the home. He then provided a 60 plus page report complete with photos within 24 hours. Not only that, but Greg was really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!!

Greg performed a pre-offer inspection for me and was extremely thorough. Found multiple issues that I was unaware of that could have ended up costing me an arm and a leg. Very professional and explained each inspection item in detail.

Greg completed an inspection for us and was very thorough. He was helpful in pointing things out to me along the way and providing as much insight and guidance. The report provided contained very useful information not only to bring back to the sellers but also in owning the home in the future. The thermal imaging and moisture detection were very helpful. He was on time (actually early even though the roads were slick from the snow). He is informative and thorough. Since I was able to attend the inspection, Greg gave me a summary of his findings along the way and answered my questions. He even spent time to dig deeper into some of our concerns. Greg takes several pictures to support his report, which by the way was completed that night. His report is detailed and easy to read. If you don't understand something he will explain it to you until you do.

Greg is amazing! He is more than thorough and very professional. He takes the time to make sure you understand the results of each part of your inspection and he covers everything from soup to nuts. He even gave us a great recommendation for a radon test company. We had our inspection report emailed to us within 24 hours of the inspection and felt confident that we knew exactly what repairs were a priority and what could wait. We cannot recommend Greg enough.
