Eric Martin Larson has over a decade of experience working in construction, carpentry and remodeling. He has worked in and around thousands of homes, and has spent thousands of hours conducting professional home inspections, working hand-in-hand with home owners, home buyers and real estate professionals.

Martin Home Inspections LLC provides complete, full-service professional Home Inspections--including comprehensive Written Reports--on all Inspection types listed below. Each one of our comprehensive Home Inspections includes visual evaluation of nearly 400 different items that affect the safety, condition and value of the home.
According to Wisconsin Department of Health Services, 36%-50% and higher of all Radon test results in Brown County have been recorded as equal or greater than the EPA's recommended limit of 4.0 pCi/L. Any home may have elevated levels of Radon, regardless of the age, region, or levels in neighboring homes.
Our Home Inspections are visual evaluations of nearly 400 items of the house that affect the safety, condition and value of the home. We will take detailed notes and digital photos of all significant visible issues we encounter and provide a comprehensive Written Report upon completion. All of our Home Inspections follow the Standards of Practice (SOP) of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Our Pre-Purchase Home Inspections and Pre-Listing Inspections start at $300; this includes the main, single-family residence and a garage, whether attached or detached. Additional costs are based on age, size and the presence of a crawlspace. Other structures on the property will be negotiated as needed.

Eric did an amazing job. He was very easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. He let us walk through the house with him so he could explain certain issues and I really appreciated that. Eric arrived in a timely manner and performed an inspection. Generally he found things I feel he should have with one major exception. He did NOT recognize that EIFS siding, which is not stucco but may look like it, should never have earth contact, even though I specifically asked him about it.
Had he known and properly documented this I would have been able to avoid a lot of work and soos expense.
I realize he is relatively new to the area but this is a standard course of expertise for home inspectors in Colorado and he should have been knowledge about it even if he wasn't certified.
