Services
We ride the East End and beyond, we gather to talk about it, we spend time and money making sure we have the right stuff. We throw on a backpack, put the kids in a trailer and cruise to the beach. We leave the car at home and hop on the bike to get a few things in town because it's so beautiful out here.
You can only ride your rig if it's in top shape, and we'll help you get there. Start the year out right with a full tune and keep your bike in the same good form that you are. General Manager Jason Lucas is a graduate of the Barnett Bicycle Institute for Bicycle Mechanics in Colorado Springs, CO. He leads a team of mechanics who have spent the past decade getting the East End back on the road and into the woods.

Sag Cycle for life! -- I have never met anyone as kind as Jason! With so much going on during this busy and outlandish present, the young owner is so knowledgable and attentive. The bike shop is a huge asset to our small community. I cannot wait to see the shop expand!

Great experience. Bought several bikes and a grocery grabber trike. Jason walked me through the do's and donts and couldnt be happier with what he recommended and delivered. Highly recommend using these guys. Support local business!!!

Save your time and money and go to Rotations in Southampton instead. My husband and I have been customers here at Sag Harbor Cycles for bike purchases and repairs since it opened. After too many poor customer experiences, we will never be returning.

If you like to overpay for poor service, this is your shop. If you want to call in a simple kid's bike order, and have the staff people completely lose your first order, then bungle your next order, then sell your bike to another customer due to poor staff communication-- such that your kid is sad for two weeks waiting for another bike replacement

Great crew.

Walked in looking for cycling boots and was helped by a few of the folks.

Very knowledgeable. Equally accommodating.

If you have any cycling questions or needs, this is your place.

Plus they're on the water in Sag Harbor - grab a coffee and donut at Grindstone and walk on over.

Received knowledgeable, courteous, prompt service. Jason promised to build a bike in inventory posthaste, so I could test ride it. He kept his promise. He and his assistant, Logan, answered my questions and adjusted the seat height and position all for the test ride. There was no sales pressure. It is a quality bicycle of which I am now the proud owner. I recommend this shop.

My wife had a blow out on her tire (road bike) and we were in & out of here with a new tire all done in 5-10 minutes on a busy summer Saturday. The tire was a bit and there are no discounts for belonging to a club or organization but hey it's the Hamptons. Nice guys in the shop, great parts, great service. I'm very happy they are here and open.

$21.65 is not a fee charged by a bike shop that considers a bicycle "damaged". It is a petty fee, by a petty shop, owned by petty people.

I accompanied a friend to this store. The only salesperson in the store was at the cash register. He was not helpful and we ultimately left the store in frustration. Too bad, We had liked this store in the past and had made purchases here. I guess we met up with a grim sales person who was obviously not into his job.
