It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are. I really enjoyed our fall ride along the Guilford/Branford shoreline. Although it is not very far from where I live, I felt like I was on vacation for a few hours!
The scenery is spectacular and there were lots of opportunities to stop and enjoy it. It was great to have someone else lead the way so I could just enjoy the ride. Hope we can get out and do it again! Marianne & Mark have been guiding rides since 2009. Mark served as a Certified Cycle Coach with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's "TEAM IN TRAINING".
